Parking is a bit of a pain because it is off site and requires you to park and walk a few blocks through traffic but that is the only slight complaint I could find. We captured a cockroach in our room and took it to the front desk. They apologized for the bug, but…read morethe solution was just to vacuum the room and tell us they didn't see any more bugs. We understand that sometimes cockroaches get in, but I expected an exterminator or at least a bug treatment of some kind. This hotel is in a nice location near the pedestrian zone and the people at the front desk are very nice, but ignoring cockroaches is a problem for me.
