I can't really explain it but the crust, sauce, and cheese is different. I asked for two of their most popular pizzas and this is what I got. Not sure what it was but one had ham and hot dog. The other had peperoni and a few other things. The hot dog was different but both were great. It must be a regional thing because they include ketchup which is not my thing but the hot sauce was delicious. If you happen to be in Chilpacingo I recommend this pizza. To be honest, it wasn't that much different in flavor from stuff up here but it was clearly the best stuff in town. As with everywhere, we had the usual green and red salsas. They were identical to what was everywhere else in town but I'd just like to note again that the salsa verdes here are amazing and a must try.
