I have no idea why they don't do so up here but they just don't. It's cut thin but still have plenty of flavor. To be honest, it wasn't that much different in flavor from stuff up here but it was clearly the best stuff in town. As with everywhere, we had the usual green and red salsas. They were identical to what was everywhere else in town but I'd just like to note again that the salsa verdes here are amazing and a must try. I had the Shrimp taco with mango and onions and the taste was both unique and superb. I then had the grilled cheese taco. This is actually a taco shell made of cooked cheese, filled with onions, tomatos and herbs. Amazing flavor. They also bring a rack of salsas to your table to choose from.
