The rooftop was another big selling point with beautiful panoramic views of Naples, Mount Vesuvius, and rooftop jacuzzis that were the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and spoke excellent English, which made everything from check-in to asking questions easy. The hotel also has a few bars and dining options, plus a sauna if you're looking to relax. The rooms are a bit dated, but they're clean, comfortable, and well maintained. For Naples (iykyk), this hotel felt pretty upscale, lol. We spent a while on the rooftop taking photos from different vantage points and enjoying the views. In the evening, I also took a dip in the jacuzzi to wind down and relax which felt amazing. The neighborhood also felt safe and was within easy walking distance to many of Naples' top attractions, including Gran Caffè Gambrinus, Galleria Umberto I, Piazza del Plebiscito, the shopping street, and Castel Nuovo, and even the historic center. Having stayed in a different part of Naples on a previous trip, I can honestly say it felt like night and day -- this area is much nicer. The hotel is also located near metro stations, making it easy to get around the city if you're staying longer. They also have a parking garage right next to the hotel which can be hard to find in the city. Overall, this was a great choice for our short stay. If you're planning to catch a ferry or cruise from the ports and want a comfortable hotel in a convenient, walkable neighborhood, I'd definitely recommend!

The bell staff will take your bags up the steps. I was issued a room on the seventh floor and was disappointed when I walked in the the A/C was off. You have to insert your key card in a slot to turn on the lights an A/C. This hotel location is walkable to many sights. The Galleria Umberto (Indoor shopping mall) and Piazza Plebiscito are within walking distance and there are many shops and eateries along the way. Hopefully you like warmed up pizza slices or cannoli's. The hotel has breakfast on their top floor with a great view to the gulf of Naples, Castel Nuovo and Mount Vesuvius. The breakfast buffet is OK and is only 20 euros. It has a waffle maker and a pancake machine. The hotel also has a bar in the front lobby and a restaurant, Obreak, that serves lunch and dinner. The front desk staff were helpful in answering questions and providing directions. The bell staff and car park attendants were also helpful. I was happy with the A/C after it was able to run for a while. Good location, good experience. Four stars!

The small bus came to pick us up in the morning to take us around the various cities in the Amalfi Coast. For lunch we made a stop in Ravello and came here to eat. We had to take a windy road up the hill to get there. All the staff spoke English and we sat in the room surrounding by windows and we could see the gorgeous scenery around us. My husband got the white fish dish with potatoes (I forgot the name of it) and I ordered the handmade pasta with tomato sauce. The fish was cooked perfectly. I have never had this kind of hand made pasta before and it was thicker. Wow, that was delicious. The thing that stood out the most was the LEMONS! They give you lemons with your water... but the lemons from Southern Italy are huge and so sweet. You could just eat the lemons by themselves as if they were oranges. Overall, the view was great and food was good, but not the best we had during our stay in the area. So 4 stars! 81/100 Reviews for 2014

I'll give it an extra star Bc I'm reviewing their restaurant and not their hotel with a great view…read more We stopped at the hotel on our tour of the Almafi Coast. Half of the people on the trip ordered the trip with lunch included. They made a MISTAKE. The couple that I met on the tour had the inclusive lunch an did not enjoy their vinegar drenched salad, and didn't finish more than half their entree. For people who didn't book the lunch it was a $16 lunch: water, wine, garlic bread, then "all you can eat pasta," fish or meat. I got the pasta, which was alright but was never offered another serving, so I can only assume "all you can eat" has a different meaning to them. My brother got the meat, which consisted of 3 slices of pork with brown gravy and a serving of French fries, it looked more like a US TV dinner. Finally I'd like comment as to how rude their entire staff was.
