The screw ups where to many to mention here but the highlights are: Misaligned and crooked grout lines, Tiles not flush, exhaust fan not vented thru roof. And to top it off they did not pull a permit for the electrical or plumbing. They even hid a junction box behind the sheetrock in a wall ( this is a major NEC violation). I had to hire a master electrician to come in and fix the wiring. i did get compensation back from lowes after the store manager finally came out to look at the horrible install. This is not a good company to do business with!

Unfortunately, I just have to trust when they left - which is harder since they weren't honest about when they arrived. I didn't hear anything from the company until the next day, which is when I learned about the incorrect start time. When I asked about this, they sad the charge was correct even with the adjusted time.

The process was a disaster and I would not recommend Eco Spray Green or Comrezi Construction attempt any project for the following reasons, 1. Construction and planning teams didn't show up to in person meetings 2. Eshunn, the project manager refused to work with certain board members when they complained about Comrezi not showing up 3. The original contract was filled with typos and didn't outline any specific contract work and requested 80% paid up front, Making it difficult to push the project to completion 4. Eshunn canceled out start date because we didn't respond to an email she sent out over the weekend until Monday. 5. Project postponed for months because of "weather delays." Even on weeks where there was no rain for multiple days in the forecast. 6. When I suggested any compromises or pushed for the work to be done I was often gaslit and told that Comezi were professionals and didn't need to take my suggestions. 7. Eshunn would often insult other board members, told us to write better, and accused us of bullying her. 8. Poured concrete on people's lawns 9. Ron spray painted the bolts in the pole saying it would dry to be the same color as the pole. The paint did not dry correctly so now there are two different shades of black on the pole, making it look weird. 10. Ron told me that he didn't know who his boss was which made me think we were being scammed. 11. Streetlights were installed slanted. When we asked for them to be straightened, we were told that the lights were supposed to be like that so they could "bend with the wind." Working with Eco Spray Green and Comrezi Construction was frustrating, unprofessional, and at times downright bizarre. From the beginning, it felt as though their model was to secure payment first and figure out the rest later--if at all. I cannot in good conscience recommend them for any project involving planning, professionalism, or even basic follow-through.

I went to get an estimate and book online, but after completing all the information and answering all of the questions, it errored out forcing me to email for a quote and to schedule. There were days of back and forth emails with complicated explanations about various shifts and workers arriving at different times. Nothing was easy about this process. I finally scheduled and was hoping the clean would redeem the booking process. The staff member arrived on time and was super friendly. It was clear she was working hard and wanted to do a good job. She did ask me for several supplies, which surprised me, as I hadn't experienced that before and wouldn't have anticipated. I had work meetings during the latter part of her cleaning. When I was done, I discovered that she had needed even more supplies, so had to call a family member to bring them and then had that person help finish up. This meant she let someone into my home when I was unaware and potentially not employed by the company. Very alarming. Afterwards, I inspected the work and found some of it was well done and other parts were not. She told me she couldn't do the shower because she didn't have the appropriate supplies. The floors were not done well at all and we had to go back and clean them ourselves. The owner followed up to ask how things went and if we'd like to schedule regular cleanings. I relayed our experience, asking if I should expect to provide supplies and if the shower would be handled at the next visit. I never heard from them again.
