They replaced the cabinets and installed a beautiful quartz countertop and backsplash. We ended up having them resurface and paint the living room walls since the kitchen walls looked so good (we went from textured to flat). There were carpenters, plumbers, electricians, an amazing sheetrock team and other specialists that helped with everything. All of the professionals that did work, did everything according to code and I'm happy with the end result and quality of work inside and out. Communication throughout the entire process was always constant (we had a text thread going that we could reply to anytime). They planned out the order of work and explained everything I wanted to know more about. They helped refine our design and were open to suggestions to help me make better decisions and get the results I wanted. The screw ups where to many to mention here but the highlights are: Misaligned and crooked grout lines, Tiles not flush, exhaust fan not vented thru roof. And to top it off they did not pull a permit for the electrical or plumbing. They even hid a junction box behind the sheetrock in a wall ( this is a major NEC violation). I had to hire a master electrician to come in and fix the wiring. i did get compensation back from lowes after the store manager finally came out to look at the horrible install. This is not a good company to do business with!

He is really innovative and could help a fix a number of problems that I could imagine needing multiple repair people to come address. For example, he was able to help with replacing a bathroom vent (which included electrical), closet door system, kitchen drawers, and more. He did have to make a few trips to the hardware store for some repairs (the landlord added a few repairs too as we went), but he always was able to come back that day or reschedule the updates when it worked for both of us. Carlos was very friendly, wore his mask so I felt safe with COVID-19, and we were able to speak in both English and Spanish. He even helped us with a small repair on our own bookshelf. I would highly recommend Carlos for all your needs. He will figure out a fix, even if it is not his main expertise!

After he showed up and pretended to smooth out part of a wall for about 5 minutes, he bolted after saying he had another job to go to and that someone else would be here later to start painting. I asked him how much my quote would be reduced since he was clearly not going to smooth over the walls as he agreed to, and he said it would be the same price because he wasn't charging me for that. A day laborer randomly showed up at an inconvenient time and began painting with the paint that Fritz had dropped off, but then left after the paint was used up and said he did not have enough paint for 2 coats. Also the paint job was totally mediocre.
