When something breaks you cannot trust that it will get fixed. And the odor in saunas are strong. Not something i've experienced before under previous ownership or at other locations. The coaches are great - whether they're actually just coaching or taking the class themselves, they're keeping an eye on you to make sure your form is correct and minimize any possible injuries. They offer many different alternatives to an exercise to match your level of strength. I love the variations and it never gets boring and is always a challenge.
