DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. I submitted through Crunch's website that I wanted to cancel months ago. I…read moregot a notice on Sunday, 3/1 that there was an issue with my payment. Upon looking at my bank statement, I had been charged monthly for the gym. My credit card has not changed, there should not have been an issue with payment and they admitted that. Not realizing that the membership was never canceled was an oversight on my part, yes. However, once notified on 3/1 and realizing my membership was still active, I called the gym on 3/2 and they told me to email the manager. I emailed th manager on Monday, 3/2 with a written request to cancel. The manager then told me I had to come into the gym and cancel in person. I went into the gym on Friday, 3/6 to cancel which was the earliest I could get there as I was out of town all week for work. Upon requesting to cancel at the gym, they told me I owed March dues AND the annual 2026 $60 fee. I told them I didn't want to pay the annual fee as I had requested on 3/2 to cancel and that fee was due on 3/3. They told me I still had to pay the annual fee since it was due on 3/3 and I it was now 3/6. Even though I had a written request on 3/2 to immediately cancel. I didn't even mind paying the $27 March dues (even though I think they should've prorated it) but to make me pay the 2026 annual fee for something I was already cancelling is absurd. DO BETTER CRUNCH. Save your time and money and find a gym elsewhere. This one does business unethically. Look them up on BBB and see that multiple people have had the same complaints.

I'm new to town and Shanti is the second yoga studio I have tried as I look for a new yoga home…read more Today's class with Sissy was relaxing and I enjoyed the small size of the studio and the practice of each row facing the other. I am used to hot vinyasa flow classes so this was a nice change. The asanas were familiar, while the type of nostril breathing she had us do to begin class was new to me. Plenty of blocks and bolsters to choose from. I enjoyed my time in this welcoming, lower frill studio.
