I would have loved to keep going if there was some variety, but they were the same every day. I did ask corporate how often the videos should change but they weren't abiding by the protocol. I wish I enjoyed it because it is close to my home and a great concept. But I can quote the videos word for word because I saw the same ones over and over. Hopefully they start changing the videos up. I know another person left before me for the same reason.

Since I'm not a member yet, I couldn't access the facility. I waited over 20 minutes, called multiple times with no answer, and even after getting inside briefly, there was still no one available to assist. I also followed up by emailing the manager and have not received a response. For a business that requires appointments and is trying to bring in new members, this lack of communication and basic customer service is frustrating and unacceptable. It gave me zero confidence in how this location is managed.
