If you want a great workout in less time HOTWORX's is the place for you! 8 different workout saunas with temps starting at 120 degrees & you can adjust to go higher! Each sauna requires you to schedule in advance & only 2 people in each at a time. There's always times available to fit my schedule. I always feel like I've had a hard workout here & work up a dripping sweat each time. This is a Fun workout experience with your partner. You can talk & exercise at the same time. It's nice to have some extra quality time with your partner that can lead to a longer, healthier life together. The instructor videos keep me motivated. I love the sweat & burn I feel during this time & even the After Burn keeps knocking calories off! I like the entry code to let you in 24/7! Safety features are in place if needed for your protection. 7 weeks now & going strong!

Insanely hard to cancel costs about 300$ so think about that before signing up. Absolutely not worth it just go do Pilates at lotus

I am the rookie and one of the oldest, 54 and feel like I don't belong. I have done 5 am, 5:30 and 6:30 pm. I have been in a few classes with what I call the 1%ers. These people are the fittest people that I have ever met. They are also some of the nicest. I don't know why I get anxious to go to class because no one judges me. All they do is help push me to be better than I was 60 minutes ago. I'm sure in time that the anxious feeling will go away. I know with their help that I will become the best version of myself. My setback is my shoulders which limits me severely in doing many lifts. They keep me as positive as possible so I don't give up. I can truly say they care. If you have any doubts about joining this gym, they will put them to rest. All you have to do is take the classes for a week. Great instructors and great athletes. I feel lucky to have found this group of people.

My sister had joined Hotworx shortly after Krystle did and I had been meaning to try a free class with them for some time. After setting up my initial free class with Haley the three of us managed to finally take one of these virtual sauna classes together. It was super fun and I was absolutely down to supplement my powerlifting workouts with these quick and intense workouts in the saunas. It's been a little over a month since I joined and I have loved being able to sign up for classes at any time of the day in a 24 hour period, being in the sauna by myself or the max of 3 people. It has been the perfect self care regimen I've needed since the weirdness of the pandemic and the world getting to a new norm. I know I'll keep coming back to this location to workout with my sister and Krystle as well as one that's opening up near where I live. The carido area is very spacious and offers a ton of machines though they can all become full fast during peak time. There seems to always be an area in front of a mirror to life and space to stretch on mats. It reminds me of the old westroads club. The kids daycare is great, the attendants are super sweet and caring for the kids. I don't love the locker room, but it does have ample lockers and rear end access to steam room sauna and pool. At the moment the splash pad is down so I don't have a reference on the pool but hope its a nice get away for us when the winter blues come around. Overall for the price it's a great deal to get the kids out and a work out in.

Unfortunately, there are always issues with the main attractions of this place. The pool has always got issues. It's gotten to the point where they should give credit back to members. There are 10 YMCAs in the Omaha Metro area. This is the closest one to where we live. It's the smallest center with the most members. Might be time for new management.

If you have back issues you seriously need to start your Yoga journey and this place is where to start. Lisa the owner is an amazing teacher and such a kind soul. All of the instructors have been fantastic and care deeply about what they do. Karma offers a variety of classes, both heated and air conditioned. In the past year I've tried just about every type of class they offer and I've found what works for me. From relaxing and meditative, to high intensity, they have a class for you. They have 2 class studios. The larger room is mostly used for heated classes. It's a large space with 2 mirrored walls which is great for self corrections and being able to see the instructor no matter where you are in the room. I've never felt cramped in the large room, it's so big!! The 2nd room is much smaller and is air conditioned. This room can get a bit crowded at times but usually it's plenty of space. They have yoga mats you can use if you need, plus all the props you could possibly want or need during your practice. They also sell some really nice yoga mats and athletic clothes in the main entrance area. The only thing I would change if I could is I wish the men's shower/locker room was a bit less cramped. Not much they can do about this though due to the location. Really only 3 people can be in the men's room at a time due to the size of the space. There are 2 showers and some small cubicles for storing your bag and one chair. I cannot comment on the woman room area, but I believe it's a bit larger. Bottom line: If you are looking for a place to try yoga or a seasoned "Yogie" give this place a try!

Not bad considering if I didn't like it, I only spent $20! (One class I believe is $13 or so). I was able to register for class online. On their website, they list all of the classes that are available and you are able to register for all of them online. Their classes range from 5:45 in the morning until 6:15 in the evening. There are many options for everyone. They also offer many different types of classes and when I went this morning, there were two going on at the same time. So, you have options, which is a plus! When you first walk in here, it is nice and spacious. You can see where you can put your shoes otherwise, there is a bathroom with cubbies where you can also put your things. They have yoga stuff on one of the walls that you can purchase. It is very clean and really, it's a calming atmosphere. The ladies that checked me in are super nice too. They made me feel really welcome even though I haven't done yoga in probably 2 years. The hot yoga class that I signed up for is pretty similar to others I have tried. The people in the class with me varied in skill and ability, which was nice. I didn't feel so bad. The instructor was also very helpful and made it possible for us to get what we needed out of the class. Another positive about Karma Yoga is that the hot yoga room, when you first walk in, smells like lavender! It took me by surprise since many hot yoga rooms do not smell particularly good at all! Right away, you are put into a calm mood. In all, I really loved my experience today and I honestly feel that I will extend my membership to longer than two weeks once my two weeks are up!
