B Fitness offers a variety of classes throughout the day including TRX, barre, Pilates, yoga , total body conditioning, and a Men's class. Every class I have taken has been a fabulous workout, including all muscle groups, lots of great equipment including bands, kettle balls, balls, steps and (obviously) weights and the TRX straps. I absolutely love that the instructors do not repeat exercises, making every class varied including the warm up and cool downs. David , Marguerite and Kim are particularly talented, encouraging and have great music. I love the small extras the instructors do to make this place unique. One example is during the cool down, the lights are turned off and a black light is used for a truly relaxed moment. The layout of B Fitness is well designed. All the equipment has its place and the space is clean and meticulous. Honestly I will miss B Fitness when I return home to Dallas!

Dropped in to a class on a weekday. Was able to sign up and pay online ahead of time, and then I…read morecould see the workout. Luckily it was a wheelhouse workout for me. I showed up ten minutes early- there was plenty of parking. When I walked in, there were members everywhere and no one behind the desk. I saw the iPad and signed myself in. They have some cubbies where I placed my belongings. I started stretching and saw the white board and upcoming activities etc. Soon, the head coach introduced herself to me and it seems she saw my check in earlier. Some of the members said hello and introduced themselves to me. The warmup was group led and was good. We had a strength session and then the WOD. The strength session was fun. Their weights are the really bouncy ones which took some getting used to. There was plenty of space for all of us to feel safe in the workout. They have a varied membership with women, men, kids and young adults. I had a good workout. They put my name on the board. I checked out the merch on my way out- not much there. But I took a selfie and that's good for now. I would come back. There is another CrossFit gym nearby but their drop in fee is $25. At Punta Gorda, it's $20. And now I'm following them on IG.
