What I love most: -Everyone is welcomed: doesn't matter your fitness level. Even pregnant women are getting on the Versa and killing it!! Aka me! -The class is only 30minutes. Which means you're putting in work to get the most out of the climb. And don't worry if you can't bring the motivation your instructor will with upbeat playlists and words of encouragement. -Every instructor at Summit Society is super knowledgeable and brings so much to the table. Whether you have questions about health and wellness or technique or class schedules don't fret you'll get answers and so much more. -My favorite instructor thus far is Angela aka Gomez. Her classes are always fire! She brings the heat and makes sure we're all putting in work to get the most out of our sessions. Sometimes it's 2 laps around the room, sometimes the workouts are broken into pods. Sometimes it's 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest and other times you'll do "supersets" of 60 seconds in a row. They have all the classic workouts: push ups, Romanian deadlifts, Russian twists, squats, crunches, dumbbell curls, box jumps, and so much more! I've been coming to F45 for over a year now and it has done wonders. I am so much stronger and can really see the gains. The music definitely helps you get pumped up. However, it can be a bit loud. They even have a live DJ perform at the Saturday morning classes. The coaches are extremely friendly and helpful.
