I come here for the G-FIT classes only especially Arianna's Xtreme Hip Hop class which is loads of fun. She brings the energy and enthusiasm to each class. She is friendly along with patient. Her class hits all levels of dance experience including none. Arianna walks you through the steps which makes it easier to understand. This location has some nice classes. If you don't want to take a class plenty of machines and workout space. They also have a cinema room. Or take an escape to the massage chairs. You get two sessions every visit. read more

I've been coming here for almost 4 years, regardless of the turnover in management, nothing is getting fixed unless dangerously broken, and things are always filthy or in disrepair. The assisted pullup/dip machines are misaligned and need servicing and have brought this up to each manager since 2022, nothing is fixed. I have brought up several machines that are improperly configured, nothing changes. When they replaced the carabiners for the cable machines, they did so with the sharpest ones and i have cut myself on them many times. It's a 24 hours gym, so the homeless use the showers, which is fine, but some "members" use vape pens and meth on the floor, reported it to management, nothign was done, I've seen the members again. I get it's a $10/mo gym, but jesus fucking christ guys. No one is doing their job, nothing is getting repaired, and they're letting people just do meth on the floors. I get you get turnover, but ive been bringing these issues up for almost 4 years, and nothing is done. It's wild EoS thinks its better to build more gyms with nicer/new equipment on 19th and northern, and let this place rot. I haven't seen 1 new machine in 4 years, and the ones that are there are CONTINUALLY given bare minimum 'maintenance' when they are clearly end of life or need a more thorough maintenance program. The Operations manager needs to do a better job because it's getting ridiculous that as a member, I can see all this and they cant. read more

Great EoS location. The front staff are kind. There are amenities including massage chairs, sauna rooms, and a pool. All the workout gear is located on the second floor. There's plenty of weights, workout machines, and mats. My favorite features are the movie room and then group fitness classes. Highly recommend! read more

Let me start by saying, I come to this gym at least 3x a week to lift weights. I hate cardio, so I started by taking Ariana's Xtreme Hip Hop class Monday evenings & it is a QUALITY fun workout to start your week! This is hands down my favorite class! This weekend I decided to try the Dance Vibe class with Justin and LET ME TELL YOU! me and my friend were DRENCHED by the end. A fun, upbeat, energetic dance class! So fun and fast paced but amazing! According to my Apple Watch I burn a MINIMUM of 350 calories in each class. In Ariana's step class I burn maybe 450-550 cal per class. I feel AMAZING after each one! I joined this gym about a month ago after my old LA Fitness gym unfortunately closed. This location is convenient for me, and they have a good selection of workout equipment. However, from the minute you walk in, the staff tries to sell you on a training contract that lasts for several months. All I wanted was one or two sessions with a personal trainer to make sure I was using the equipment properly, and they told me that was not an option. It is ridiculous not to respect the wishes of the members to sign up for the number of training sessions they want, and instead keep pressuring you to sign a contract for multiple sessions. After 4 frustrating meetings, I simply gave up on working with one of their trainers, and am thinking about finding another gym. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. EŌS Fitness is running a predatory scam disguised as a gym. I got roped into an $88 biweekly personal training contract I never clearly agreed to. I have ADHD and struggle to process fast-talking sales pitches and fine print, and they took full advantage of that. My intention was to do the personal training program for one month just to learn the equipment--not to be locked into a long-term contract. I thought I was signing up for a short-term, flexible plan--turns out I unknowingly signed a binding agreement, and now they refuse to let me cancel unless I fork over even more money. I haven't used the gym in months, but they've been draining my account the whole time. When I explained my situation, including financial hardship and the fact that I never fully understood the terms, they didn't care at all. No empathy. No help. Just corporate robbery with a smile. Save yourself the stress, the lost money, and the gaslighting. The facilities aren't worth it, and the way they trap people into contracts should be illegal. Read the fine print, ask 100 questions, and better yet--go somewhere else. This place is built to screw you over. read more

I sent an email on 10/20/2025 to cancel my membership. Was charged my monthly fee today, 10/29. Tried calling the billing department and that was a nightmare. Apparently you have to wait 30 days for the membership to cancel in hopes you won't get charged again. Oh! And if I want a refund, I have to contact the home club since the payment was valid. The person I spoke to was a joke at abc financial. Glad I'm going to a different gym so I don't have to deal with this headache again. read more

I've been a member of this gym since it open about almost 4 years ago. My kids and I come to this gym almost everyday. The gym staff is always friendly and helpful. They keep everything so clean and organized. From the weight room to the bathrooms. My favorite part of this EoS is the kids club staff. Particularly Mrs Fatima and Mrs Danielle. My girls absolutely love them. They are so good with not just my kids but all. It's very important to me that my kids have familiar person they get to see every time. So I appreciate the almost zero turn over. Mrs Fatima and Mrs Danielle are so patient, kind and thoughtful when spending time with my girls. They're the best! I came by with my little brother because i had a guess pass, he's under the age of 18 but on the website it said it didn't matter. When we got there the staff said he wasn't allowed in with the guest pass, they had said he needed to buy his own pass to get in. Training sessions aren't worth the cost or contract; I don't think they were ever on time. Worst experience I've had with a gym. Beware! This company doesn't operate in integrity. The lies from Mo are blatant re: gym passes and the agreement to follow. I canceled my 14-day pass on day 6 and the agreement that would have followed. As long as I canceled during the 14-day pass period, if I chose not to proceed, I wouldn't incur the $49.99 annual fee. According to Mo, I was receiving special pricing if I signed the agreement on the same day of receiving my pass. If I chose not to proceed with the agreement all I had to do was let Mo know and the agreement would be canceled as well @ no charge. All lies. This is an internal moral issue, resulting in unethical business practice. This business will be reported to the AZ Consumer Affairs, BBB, etc. for unethical corrupt business practices. I asked the girl at the front for an e-mail or print out confirming that my membership was canceled. She said she didn't have anything she could give me, but that it was canceled. Due to some family issues I needed to pull back on activity at the gym. I called the main number. They transferred me to the billing office. They said I needed to go into the gym. The gym said I needed to talk to a manager who was not there at the time. The next day I went to see the manager who told me I needed to talk to the personal training manager. The personal training manager said the training commitment was 4 months even though I had been told otherwise. When I became upset because I was told NOTHING could be done, he told me that I needed to calm down or he wouldn't help me at all. As far as low-priced gyms go, this one is pretty ok. I love the fact that every location you go to has multiple squat racks. All of their locations in Phoenix are busy most of the time so there can be some wait for your favorite machine. The secondary reason that I started going there is because they have 2 yoga classes each week that are complimentary to my work schedule. The only issue there is that they keep the AC blasting at 70 degrees and that makes it very uncomfortable to loosen up and stretch. Myself along with the awesome instructor and a large part of the regular class-goers have brought this to the managements notice as most yoga classes are kept around 78 degrees to help with the muscles releasing during the flows. We recently heard that when it was brought to the district office they said they would not alter the temperature for the yoga classes even though it made their members uncomfortable. I feel like I can find somewhere else to take my business who cares about the comfort of their members. So I canceled my membership with them here and have a introductory class at YogaBox in Arcadia this week. It's a shame though because their yoga instructor is fantastic I would say they are on par with Planet Fitness in terms of staff friendliness and cleanliness. read more

I tried for many months to cancel my training sessions only to find the next month to be charged once again. I was told each time that it has been cancelled. They were not helpful. Constantly being told someone will call me and confirm cancellation and discuss my concerns - no one did. Very poor management. They do not care about their patrons. I feel taken advantage of. The sessions are separate from gym membership so no credits for unused training sessions. Unused because I was under assumption the sessions were cancelled months ago. Nice scam you got going there. Tommy the fitness Manager at this location. I'm posting this review because today is the 2nd day I've interacted with Tommy. Yesterday I had a Welcome workout with Josh and he was really great so I decided to move forward. I asked to sign up for 2 months instead of 6 months. He said it has to be 6 months. I said no, and got ready to leave. He then called his manager on the phone. (Like deal or no deal). He said this sale would really help his numbers for the month. He then told me he can do 3 months. I said no. He called someone else. I got up and went to get water.. aka start recording him with my phone. I sat down. He said he spoke to his regional manager Kadeem. Kadeem said he can do 2 months. I said, ok 8 sessions, 2 months, bi weakly payments of $272. He said yes then said something about calling to cancel. I learned in with my phone.I said no. I can't commit. He said he understood and began an email to Sean Cooper. He reassured me it's only for 2 months. He never gave me a copy of the contact. His sales tactics are really shady, like a used car sales man. Don't trust this man be safe and record everything. Today was my first day training with Josh and Tommy didn't even say hi to me. When I was four and five years old, my aunt and uncle would have parties in their tiny New York apartment. I don't remember the music. I don't remember the dancing. But I remember how the music and dancing made me feel. Shortly after, we moved to Phoenix, a virtual desert for that kind of music. No more dancing for me. Sixty years later I'm at the gym and a class is going on and I hear this pulsating, rhythmic music which instantly resonates. I close my eyes and I'm transported back in time to my aunt and uncle's tiny New York apartment. I join the class. Somehow I can follow everything the instructor does. It's like riding a bike. Muscle memory. I'm hooked. I want to thank EOS for having so many great Dance Jam instructors in North Phoenix. Justin Ryan with his great music, great moves and fairly intense workouts. Alisha Polich Rossetti with choreography so smooth you can get a great workout while just having fun. Lilee Mack-Hanson with her surprising song choices and dance steps which defy me to this very day. Magda Diaz with her showcasing of great Mexican dance music. So much fun. Not exercise. Not cardio. Came into EOS hoping to obtain a 7 day pass to see if my on-the-road work/regularly changing schedule would benefit more from the 10, or 21$ plan. The salesman who assisted me declined to give me a 7 day pass and had told me that corporate is not doing this promotion anymore and disingenuously and slyly asked me numerous times which program I'd like to purchase. 15 minutes after providing my information and visit I received an email with a 7 day pass. Clearly a commission based role, salesman has poor interpersonal skills. 2 stars for the nice gym. read more

I literally have 3 gyms within a couple miles from my house, but I drive all the way to this location. Cam the manager always greets us and always has a great attitude and Joey at the front desk is always personable and takes care of us and the staff including Tony, Tam and Vicki always take the time to chat with us and ask if we need anything. Plus the gym is always impeccably clean. It's a very well ran facility! I highly recommend this gym! read more
