I called around and found CrossFit SISU in Plymouth. It wasn't the closest CrossFit gym to me, but it had great reviews and the schedules they offered seemed to fit with my day. They put me on a one week trial. I was in constant contact with Christina. She answered my questions throughout the trial process. After the first few days, I fell in love with CrossFit and SISU. The workouts are amazing and highly motivating. There are no dull days. The coaches are super friendly and help me work around my injuries by tailoring the workouts to my needs.
