I hired them to install bat exclusion tubes, seal the penetrations where bats can get in to the…read moreattic and then remove the bat guano. Signed the contract and paid the full amount. They installed the tubes and sealed all entry points. So far so good. I then sold my house and the new buyer had someone else do some mold remediation in the attic and at the same time that company cleaned up the bat guano. I called my bat guys and asked for a refund for that portion of the job they didn't do and didn't need to do anymore. I was told no refunds, the contract only allows for cancellations within 3 days. So they are keeping the money for a service they didn't perform. I understand we signed a contract, but the circumstances changed, and they didn't perform that portion of the contract. Just pure greed and certainly not a way to keep a customer happy. Will never use or recommend them to anyone.

They did 2 peak one-way exits at the peaks of the roof but didn't seal the other 20 points around the house as they quoted. After complaining, the owner said he would come by house to kick my ass. no lie. Horrible scam of a company. They are terrible and inexcusable.
