What can I say about this place. They are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I've been going through some…read morepersonal issues and they were there for me and my doggie. Due to my job I have to work 12 hours a day and can't leave him home. They are so understanding and accommodating where I can drop him off early before opening and pick him up right after closing. The staff is wonderful, I see the live feed and they play with all the dogs hug them, give them pets and attention. They give my pup breaks when he needs them. They know what the dogs need and so intuitive. The place is clean and never smells like animals. On the live feed you see the employees clean up right away when the dog pees or poops. The staff is so friendly and look like they're happy working there. They truly care about the dogs and owners well being. I wouldn't trade them for the world. Amazing job. Oh and by the way they have a splash pad for the doggies who love water!! They have big dog and small dog play areas. Each have an inside and an outside and the dogs can come and go in and out when they want. The prices are super reasonable and great value packages. I can't recommend them enough. Anyone working super early or super late and need a daycare or boarding this is the place. A lot of my coworkers bring their pets here.

These are just a few of the stories about dogs being mistreated at Bay Paws. LINK:…read more https://www.change.org/p/bay-paws-pet-resort-address-concerns-about-pet-care-management-practices This place along with the other ones in the Tampa area are owned by an attorney. She knows the law in Florida is that a pet is considered chattel, worth no more than a piece of furniture at"fair market value" and she is immune to the types of lawsuits that would occur from an injury to a human. She is profit oriented only, having received a call from her social media director? Really? How about NOT abusing animals and spending $$$ for TRAINED adequate staff (who aren't talking to each other or on their cells instead of monitoring the activities of the dogs under their care), and NOT covering up your history with a media director! How about providing ALL who board with you the name and contact for your insurance company, I have NOTHING to say to your "media director". If you board your pet you can check on them - focus on what staff is doing and not doing. My dog was there last August and was attacked. THEY took him to Blue Pearl Hospital where he was diagnosed with a fracture in addition to wounds, having been bitten by another dog. I spent 8 weeks sleeping on the floor with him recovering as they could not cast him. While Bay Paws covered the initial hospital bill, there was ZERO reimbursement for the follow-up care. To this day they refuse to report it to animal control OR tell me what kind and who owned the dog who bit Scout so I can file a report as THAT is the LAW. I was stupid enough (before reading the article linked above) to board him there in October for a few weeks while out of town. THEY again had to take him to Blue Pearl after his "enrichment" session outdoors, "something neurological is wrong". What was WRONG is he was ABUSED. He was referred to a neurologist who is still treating him. His MRI shows he is injured for life having spinal fluid impinging on his spinal cord over multiple vertebra. Surgery is risky so we continue to monitor him on medications. I have spent THOUSANDS and the law places no responsibility on this attorney/owner for Scout's or my pain and suffering. Morgan & Morgan can't sue her because there is no financial incentive for them and his now livelong treatment is obviously unknown. What's worse is he is more than a "piece of furniture" to me and he is my ADA service animal as well. The attached photos are his bleeding wound from being attacked in August 2025 at Bay Paws and his visit at Blue Pearl for the spinal injury after being abused during "enrichment" at Bay Paws. Unforgivable neglect and abuse. The linked petition refers to the "decision makers" as the animal control entities in counties where she does business, if you care about pets PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE join and sign. These places need to be SHUT DOWN before another dog is abused at this attorney's establishments. SHE is the one who should be arrested and held for animal abuse, NOT her staff.

We forgot a couple of things (like a blanket and bedding), and the team provided it without asking. Also, without prompting, Jan provided an update of how the babies were doing - that helped and the gesture was much appreciated. Jan was also quick to respond and flexible to changes in our travel plans. Highly recommend!

This was our first time ever leaving our 4 dogs so to say I was nervous was an understatement. The Pocono Pet Nanny's Bed and Biscuit is probably one of the nicest and cleanest places I have ever seen. There are several themed rooms along with beds, TVs and music playing. There is a fenced in area that the dogs can go out to run and do their "business" which worked out well for my dogs since they are used to a fenced backyard. The check in process was great. Jan is very organized and takes lots of notes on each dog. She allowed me to bring in our dogs' bedding, crates and bowls which was fantastic because our dogs were so used to their own things. I will admit I was crying when I left the dogs  but knew I made the BEST decision leaving them with her. Throughout my trip I received texts and pictures updating me on each of my dogs. Never once did I question if my dogs were okay: I knew they were in the best of hands!  Thanks to Jan and her staff, my family and I were able to enjoy our first trip ever. I had such peace of mind! Prior to booking our dogs' stay, Jan was great at communicating with us and never hesitated to answer my (many, many) questions. I was a bit nervous because our one dog is very food aggressive. Jan had no problem taking him in and even fed him in a separate area. She and her staff are "pet people" and truly have love and compassion for animals. Our family never traveled because we did not want to leave our dogs, but I have a feeling our visit with the Pocono Pet Nanny might change things for us. We highly recommend Jan (Pocono Pet Nanny) and will use her again in the future. Thank you Jan and your amazing staff for a job well done!! We can't thank you enough!! Thank you! He usually goes in for a bath and nail trim, and each visit leaves his coat clean, well-brushed, and under control. They handle heavy shedding well without overdoing it, and they always finish him off with a bandana, which is a nice touch. Customer service has been reliable and efficient over the years. Drop-off and pick-up are straightforward, and they stay close to the estimated timing. The staff handles Maxim appropriately, which is important for a larger, high-energy breed. The shop itself is clean and organized. The location is easy to access, and parking has not been an issue during my visits. It is a convenient setup for routine grooming without unnecessary hassle.

Always paid in full and alerted to concerns last two times with no resolution or offer to correct. Took several months off to allow hair to grow out even and get a fresh grooming start. Owner and team agreed that they saw my notes on account, then the day I brought in I discussed again concerns and history. Came to pick up and had an additional $40 charge for mat removal, that was not discussed or called to me. They stated we don't call to alert to additional cost/fees..WHAT? So, no need to address the cost associated to the service, I am just expected to cover no discussion? Please note, if called I would have approved if I understood the need, but while there could be areas to remove it was not anything of known nature or huge impact. Outcome: Poor Communication, Lack of corrective action when concerns presented and up charges for items not discussed. Be aware, services were wonderful until mid 2024 now I am questioning my provider options.
