After realizing that Houni's is less than 1.5 miles from my house and it would be a fun after dinner convertible ride, we pulled up. But there is very little parking at Houni's. It is a short walk to the Planet Fitness (old Bilo) parking lot with plenty of spaces, but we did the drive through. Order at the window. Multiple flavors available. Houni's is tucked in a smaller standalone building just off Woodruff Road (near Cookout). The brightly colored exterior makes it easier to spot! It has a drive thru ordering option which makes it a quick treat or there are seats if you want to stay and enjoy on site! There are so many different flavors of homemade italian ice to choose from and they offer several different size options whether it is single serve or packed up to go home in a quart or half gallon container. The menu showcases all of the flavors and then has options for italian ice, gelati, or softserve. I asked what gelati was and the sweet girl at the window explained it as being italian ice layered with softserve. Since I was getting a quart to go I opted for straight italian ice, but I bet the creaminess of the softserve would really balance well with it! They have a walkup window to order and an outdoor patio with seating. However, there are very few parking spots adjacent to the building (the majority of nearby spots are marked with signs reserving them for other businesses). There is a large somewhat vacant parking lot just behind the building so I might suggest parking and walking the few feet over if you don't want to go through the drive thru. read more

We ordered an got our food an they had no outdoor seating an there is 0 indoor seating. The restaurant next door had seating outdoors so we sat there but it was wasp infested. My son who is potty trained and only has underwear on needed to use the bathroom. I asked the ladies if I could use the bathroom otherwise he would pee himself as he is 3 an newly potty trained.
