How much does an oil change cost?

UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT WORK ON VEHICLES. WE ARE AN ENGINE MACHINE SHOP WITH NO BAYS. YOU WOULD HAVE TO PULL THE ENGINE OR ENGINE PART FROM THE VEHICLE TO HAVE IT REMACHINED/REBUILT.

Charged me $220, ok. Not even 2 full hours later of me driving around to do errands my engine light comes back on. Not only that within a week after me bringing my car to them, my car starts starting and not staying on. This happened 3 times within a span of a week. I got stuck in a garage because my car wouldn't start anymore and a guy my school sent out looked at my oil and said it was dark!! i brought my car BACK to bob's and they then charge me another $200 just to clean out a sensor but on the receipt it says they removed and replaced the sensor (lying on paperwork) and they said this was a new code to pop up. But when I brought my car to autozone before coming to Bob's, they told me the MAF sensor was the issue. Another 3 hours after driving my car from getting their service, my engine light turns back on. They have no respect for clientele and just want to ruin your car so you have to keep coming back to them. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life! Do not go here!

I got 4 new tires and the price was good. Nobody tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need and everyone was very nice. I look forward to a great service relationship with the team and appreciate them looking over my car and doing what makes sense for me.

What really impressed me was Siwan's honesty and expertise. Instead of replacing everything unnecessarily, he was able to reuse my existing connector hose, which saved me a good amount of money without compromising the quality of the repair. It's refreshing to find a shop that's focused on doing what's best for the customer rather than upselling parts that aren't needed. Their pricing was outstanding--very fair and significantly more competitive than the other shops I contacted for quotes. On top of that, Siwan was fantastic with communication. He responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and was able to get me scheduled for an appointment much sooner than I expected. The shop itself is clean and professional, with a comfortable waiting room that made the visit even more pleasant. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable mechanic who provides high-quality work at a fair price, I highly recommend Prime Care Auto and Siwan. I'll definitely be coming back for future service on my Porsche.

Siwan was so communicative, throrough and straight-forward in his assessment. My little car is nearing the end but when I get a new car, Prime Care Auto will be my go-to!

It's hard to find a shop that truly cares about their customers the way they do. If you're looking for an auto repair shop that treats you like family and stands behind their work, I highly recommend Tito's Auto Care. At Tito's you can drop your car off and they can shuttle you anywhere you need to be (within a 10min radius). I usually get dropped off across the road to get lunch. I've been here a few times and I've always been happy with their work. They replace and cut keys if you need more copies, do both standard and drum breaks, and more. Truly full service. And they're honest about the cost of labor and replacement pieces. The waiting room is kinda rough and cold so you can ask to sit in the office with the lot puppy they found and adopted this year. She's so well behaved. While I was waiting I got to talk with one of the co-owners and they're super friendly, you'll find good conversation with most of the folks here. They check in as they work on your car if they find any additional issues.

Like everybody, I waited patiently in your thimble-sized office, navigated your comically undersized lot, and quietly appreciated the humor of your staff through the years. Thank you for that. So why today was I met by two new faces at the service desk with such a strikingly different attitude? I was surprised to hear oil changes require advance appointments, and you now prefer online. I mean, sure, I can do that. But when did that change? And why was a technician I've never seen before so condescending about it? He was downright hostile. Then the other guy chimed in and accused me of interrupting him. Honestly, gentlemen, I asked myself, "Is it worth it to schedule an appointment with you, if I know it's going to be you calling me to tell me any additional work that may need to be done? Do I trust the two of you?" The answer in that split-second moment was no. The arrogance, sarcasm, and belittling behavior by this pair made me realize I wouldn't trust these two to be the communicators of my mechanic shop. When I asked where the two old guys went, Kyle said with a smirk, "They went where all old guys go." Um, did they die? No, they retired, thankfully. Old guys from the desk, you are missed by your customers! Maybe it's the same great mechanics working behind closed bay doors at Hollenshade's, I don't know. Two guys I've never seen before told me things about how the business works that I've never heard before and treated me in a way no one at Hollenshades ever treated me before. Which leads me to the conclusion that this is not the same Hollenshade's I've trusted for over 20 years. I'm genuinely disappointed that I need to find a new mechanic. I honestly don't know what's happening at Hollenshade's anymore.
