When the on-site transportation schedulers get upset due to a major disconnect with their drivers/members of their leadership team, they proceed to be very unprofessional/aggressively rude and say they are canceling your scheduled transportation. This is highly concerning, especially when taking into account the majority of their schedule transportation is for important medical appointments. I will be redirecting all future transportation through other reliable local Michigan companies for family, as well as all transportation referrals for other medical facilities within the state of Michigan. This is the second get well urgent care that I have ever visited. The first experience at a…read moredifferent venue went really well so I tried this one out. I believe there were three patients when I arrived. One being seen in two waiting. I was patient #3. Overall I spent 70 minutes there. Out of that 70 minutes I would say less than 20 was actual active interaction between vitals, x-rays and the doctor consultation. While I was there a couple things definitely upset me. First but not a big deal was there were ants scavenging around on the exam room floor. Second was excessive waiting during all aspects of the visit including during the x-rays where they were experiencing some technical issues with their internet. Even more annoying in regards to the waiting was what sounded like a tour of the facility being given by the doctor while I was waiting for my x-ray results exam room. I distinctly heard what sounded like a tour being given and showing some of the equipment and what procedures are done where. That was the most annoying thing for me but the most dangerous issue was they wrote down the wrong orders for x-rays. I went in for a hand and the papers or charts sent chest x-ray. It was very easy for me to correct it but if someone was more injured or incapacitated, that type of mistake could be and much more serious issue. On the positive side, everyone there was extremely polite and friendly. As much easier to overlook some of the serious shortcomings when people are more friendly and down to earth. In a pinch I would visit this location again, but if it wasn't urgent, I would probably seek an alternative where I can verify a track record of high quality patient care.

Update! Unfortunately the quality of care has gone downhill at this urgent care. They have now…read moremishandled 2 UTI's that I have been treated for. The first, I was underdosed with cephalexin, changed to cipro (which didn't work at all) someone finally figured out that I had been underdosed and I was put back on cephalexin. The second, I was given 1500mg of cephalexin instead of the gold standard which is 2000mg and was told they prescribed the lesser due to some billing things? (Not clear) so he orders the extra pills to put me on 4 times a day. I go back today and the Provider Kerrie Machcinski adamantly tries to tell me I was prescribed 500mg 4 times a day because she didn't do her homework and see that's not what I was prescribed initially and when I say I'll call my home and have them take a picture. She gets very aggressive and angry and even says "I know I'm being defensive" . It was unprofessional and extremely upsetting because I don't feel good and I'm coming to them to figure things out. She was demoralizing and did not make me feel heard as the patient and I didn't feel comfortable talking to her further. I won't be back.

She just saw his picture ( Jonathan ) in an ad and knew he was BIG and muscular and that this might work out. I am a 6' 3" man and I couldn't walk. I was very sick from a spinal infection injury. I needed someone strong enough to transport me from the nursing home to the MRI Center. The MRI Center did not have the capability to assist with a patient my height and size. Jonathan Williams, the owner, actually physically lifted me up and carried me to the MRI table ! When I finally recovered from surgery months later, I called Johnathan to transport me home.
