I gave many chances, sent many emails for corrections and had many conversations and still paid the PM fees to stay on top of the many, many errors this company has created for my business. I never wanted to write this review, although even after leaving this business last year, I still have difficulty receiving documentation for this years taxes. The people are kind and selling a home is no problem, although the accounting, following legal contracts or paying ontime just is not top notch from the property management side. I would never recommend this company for property management.

She said she just needed a couple days to go view the property. A couple days rolled around and I never heard from her. I followed up yesterday and she responded that she'd been sick and would be viewing it soon. Later in the day I got a text from her saying that she looked up the address and it's too far for her. So I just burned an entire week in looking for an agent because she 1. Wasn't able to communicate well, and 2. The day I spoke with her she could have just told me the home was too far, but she didn't. She was very nice, but overall I found this unprofessional and will be looking for an agent elsewhere.
