I emailed, went to the office, and called but nothing worked to get my questions answered. Mark and Roxanne made my short time there absolutely miserable. I paid my rent at least a month in advance, created no damage to the apartment, yet they still took almost all of my security deposit. They lied about the damages and took advantage of the fact that I'm a college student that can't afford a lawyer. It would be a great complex to live in if the higher ups replaced the management. I sincerely hope they do not take advantage of any more college students. For more details: maintenance is slow to response as well and creepy. They would never let us know when they were coming by so it was always a surprise and yet they would not fix the problem when they got there. My blinds kept falling off (cheap plastic ones), they kept saying they would come to fix it and they never did. Dishwasher was old and had to run it twice for anything to be somewhat clean. Spiders and other bugs were all over the place and nothing was done. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

He does not do background checks, there is a theft problem amongst his staff as well as others. Apartments are not properly cleaned or maintained by his staff, several apartments have black mold and other maintenance issues. His head maintenance man is not certified to do hvac and cannot produce a license as well as inept at other repairs. If you have a package delivered get it quick or it disappears from office since they do not put them in a secured area and allow tenants to retrieve packages without checking. If you have a maintenance problem on the weekend the head of maintenance who lives on property and receives free rent tries to charge you 50 dollars to come out.there are other issues to many to list.

We have never used an interior designer before, but we knew that we did not posses the skills to decorate our house in a manner that made sense. The go-to colors for my wife and I are brown, tan, light brown, beige, and slightly darker tan.... We wanted color, but were hesitant to tackle it ourselves. I called Lindsay and she explained her process to us. She explained that she works to help us select furnishings that compliment our home, while bringing color into the space. I told her that we didn't want the typical unused formal living and dining areas. We wanted the space to be functional, welcoming, and comfortable. Lindsay absolutely crushed it! We absolutely love the results. She helped us select new floors, a new sectional, a dining room set, curtains, curtain rods, wine bar, coffee bar, and all the decorations and paintings to really tie the rooms together. There is plenty of color in the room, but it is not over bearing. The colors compliment each other and really bring the space together nicely! I can't say enough good things about Lindsay! My wife and I look forward to having her back for future projects!

My place (a 3br duplex) came to me in fair condition, and needed repairs are completed in a timely manner. Especially once you've built up a little trust with the landlord, I've not had any issues turning in rent a few days late (due to being out of town, temporary idiocy in terms of dates, etc.). My favorite part is that after signing a 1 year lease, it I'm now month-to-month, and need to give only 1 full month of notice before leaving. A few minor annoying issues keep this from being 5 stars (e.g., yardwork being done at weird times and without notice, maintenance people keying into my place early and without warning). All in all, this is the happiest rental experience I've had.
