It was a fantastic job that was done. So grateful for the wonderful job. The service that I asked for was perfectly done.

Maria answered my request, gave me a price, said she would be there the next day at 10am. I left good details about the house being empty after being renovated , with other than just a few wardrobes in it and maybe a bed frame, with all new appliance, so no furniture or appliances needed cleaning and how I needed the house done this weekend because the house needed to be ready Monday afternoon. We left a key where we have left it for countless others working on the house and a neighbor who is also right at hand to help. She texts me and says she is there, I instruct her where the key is. Then she asked me if that is even my house. While giving thorough instruction where the key is, she tells me she can't do it, with no one there. I tell her it is okay, we left the key, my neighbor will back back soon and my wife will be there within the hour. She then tells me she is already left and she drive over an hour for nothing. I try to encourage her we want her to be there if she wants to do the work , she did not drive for nothing. I can post the screenshots to answer any question or debate of the conversation. She then states, and I quote" if someone absolutely had to be there-because I feel no one should be on the property at all-then no one should be there. I am on my way back. I did not find the key." Make of it what you will but, if I wanted to work, I would have turned around. That conversation took about 10 minutes, at most. I would have turned around and helped out a customer, especially if I drove an hour. She has only a few rating but they were good. I had hope to get the house cleaned and set up cleaning on a regularly schedule with someone. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the quality of work itself. The pictures posted look great. The keys are where we said in a secure and very easily accessible place. Again, been used by MANY people working on the home no problem. Never was there any communication about someone needing to be there. The details were specific about the house being empty and no one there. I have never had this be an issue before with anyone else, but every day is a new day and a new experience. It is simply conjecture, but I can not help but feel they got there and for whatever reason decided they did not or could not do the work. I have gotten to work and had an upset stomach or a child get sick or injured, or whatever. Or they would have waited for the neighbor or us to get there, or just used the key like everyone else. Thought she left me in a real pickle, needing it cleaned at the last minute but I got someone else and will be posting their review later, once the job is done. read more

I hired Maria today for the first time and I am very pleased with her service. She was very friendly and kind showed up a little bit early, and left my house very very clean. Her pricing was very reasonable, and I am definitely going to continue using her services in the future. 10/10 recommend read more
