Very transparent with costs and time estimates, as well as the scope of what our repairs entailed. We had several other companies come out and look at the project and they were not nearly as straightforward and matter of fact. Very unprofessional & left us in a serious bind when we could have had another drywaller ready to go. I couldn't reschedule the cabinet installation because the installer was on vacation & we were his first job after vacation. Bill Carpenter didn't listen even after I explained it to him. If you have a lot of time to wait on his schedule, you could try him. But I wouldn't expect a professional attitude & if you upset him, based on my experience, he could walk off the job without finishing or just not show.

I contacted Jeff with Straightline Carpenty and arranged for him to look at it. He arrived at the scheduled time on time. It took him about 2 hrs to complete the adjustments so that the wood would feed properly. His fees were very reasonable and I should have paid more. He is very knowledgeable and just a great clean cut guy with a great personality.
