I don't think he used the kit I purchased because he quickly removed the containers before I could see them. There was also a very small laminate flooring repair job I paid him for that was not done well at all, and he left a greasy residue on my floors and did not try to correct it or clean it up. I ended up having remove the oily mess myself. I give his personality a B+ but his work I give a D- I would not recommend his services. I now have a very good and dependable handyman that does great work and is more affordable than Honest Greene. I believe all those "so call" 4 star positive reviews on his site is BOGUS! His work does not look anything like those pictures. Yelp, should really investigate these businesses before putting these services on this site for people to trust and think they are getting what they're paying for. Dale Shoemaker is one of the owners and came to our house to evaluate. He went on our roof as well as into our attic to see if there was any major damage or possible issues due to hail or wind. While one of the people who quoted said there was wind damage, Dale was very honest and said some of the roofing tiles were extremely worn as shown by the amount of particles in the gutters. What I really liked about him is that he said "honestly you can probably get 1-2 more years on this roof without any issues". No hard closing. He offered us extended warranties and could start as soon as we received approval from our POA. His price was reasonable and in the ballpark of others. They take credit cards, but also charge an additional 3% for that service. Brody from RGR called my wife once we had an approval to set up the job. The first thing they did was deliver the materials to our home and drop it on a pallet. Once they started the job, there were between 8-10 workers onsite. In one day, they fully demoed the roof, repaired any damaged plywood, layed down the protective layer and started applying the roof. They were completely done in less than 1 and a half days. The second day, they finished and detailed some of the corners and overhang. They went around the yard with their large magnet to collect any loose nails. Our neighbors have commented on the speed and quality of the work.
