During my initial Botox appointment, I clearly stated that I did not want "Spock brows." Instead of acknowledging my concern, the nurse gave me a slightly sassy, dismissive response along the lines of, "Oh, I've been doing this long enough." That should have been my first red flag. At my follow‑up visit, I mentioned that both I and my mother (during a video call earlier that day) noticed the Spock brow effect. Rather than listening, the nurse pulled up before-and-after photos and insisted my brows looked "fine." I look at myself every day -- I know what I looked like, and it was not fine. Instead of addressing the issue, she then tried to upsell me on additional Botox to "even out" my crow's feet. I declined. When I later called to schedule another follow‑up to correct the Spock brows, I was told to send photos and that a nurse would call me back within 15 minutes. No one ever called. My subsequent calls were not returned, and now the phone number doesn't even accept my calls at all. To make matters worse, during both of my visits, an employee was on a personal phone call dealing with some kind of personal drama -- loudly enough that it was impossible to ignore. It added to the overall sense of unprofessionalism. Between the dismissive attitude, the lack of accountability, the upselling, the unreturned calls, and the unprofessional environment, I cannot recommend this place. I wish my experience had been different.

I had to go so I can go back for the other 500mm at a later time. She had long nails, so I felt her fumbling around was caused by them. They were pretty, but she may do better with shorter nails. I feel they weren't ready, for me I had an appointment. The Nurse who did the Iv, carried everything in to my room in her arms, so it wasn't prepped and ready on a tray ahead of time. I like going there, Don't plan on getting in on time. It's clean. People are nice. Good location Lots of parking.
