First time was while they were at a Robson Ranch event and the fellow dismissed me and told me to have my husband come and speak to them rather than talk to me. Not only did that attitude belong in the early 1900s but I'm the financial source of funds for the cart so I don't need a husband to speak for me. Second time was today when we stopped in their Grapevine location, asked about a very specific four-forward on their site listed as available, were told they didn't have it and as we started to ask if they had another, the lady just picked up an inbound call and started talking to them rather than focusing on the customers literally standing in front of them. Their sense of entitlement and deep lack of respect for customers is absolutely the reason they are avoided by so many and have such a terrible reputation. Avoid at all costs until you want to be treated like dirt on the bottom of their shoe.

I am new to owning a golf cart, and don't golf in general, so I had very little experience going into my first purchase (which was for cruising the neighborhood...not for the course). I checked several other places closer to DFW airport and their prices were way higher, and they were run more like a used car dealership. Justin, however, was not pushy at all, very patient, and answered all questions without hesitation. You can tell he's a very honest guy, and is very straightforward with how he prices his inventory or even custom builds. And on the price end, he was considerably more reasonable than some of the "dealerships" that we checked. We went in to look at one model, ended up test driving a few, and ultimately left with one with more upgrades. I had a few questions after leaving, and he's really easy to text or call with any more info you need. He also will handle any service or upgrades you want to do down the line. I've already given his info out to a few neighbors that now have golf cart fever, and recommend Justin of JB Carts without hesitation.

I sent them an email and they claim that our seats were after market and they will charge us $200 for pick up and delivery in addition to whatever it costs to repair the seat covers. We own a Yamaha 4 seater that is ten years old and we have never had an issue with the craftsmanship on our seats. Staples are flying off, the seats are coming undone and we don't even use this golf cart that much.
