(yes, there is BUT) I have to give him 1 star because he damaged SUV when he was sanding he front headlight. Detailing... I will be honest with you, I couldn't see the difference. I thought he said he will shampooing interior but looks like all he did was using some cleaner, scrubbed it. Seats & carpet, it looked same too me. Even clothe seats, he didn't take any marks out. When i asked him about it, he said he couldn't get it out. I spent $180 for detail & front light restoration. It wasn't worth my money top of that it will cost more money to repair the damage he caused to SUV. He said he has been doing this for many years & I just couldn't believe all the scratches he did with his sandpaper on the paint! He said he will give $65 back since I am not happy but what about the scraches he did to the paint??? Good thing I took some photos before & after. I am going to think about filing a claim through the auto insurance & they can subrogate to Ultra Shine auto detail. Question is... Does he have liability insurance?? *the next day, I was folding the back seats & saw all the grass & dirts between the seat. I went to the Caliber Collision, they quoted $4000 and said the car will be 100% fixed and it will take about 1-1.5 weeks. Somebody recommended Texas dent company, so I decided I will check it out. They quoted $350 and said, the car will be 90-95% fixed and it will take half a day. I got estimate on Thu, brought my car back on Sat at 10 am and it was ready at 2 pm the same day. You can still see some scratches, but the guy said, they will check with the paint shop to see if it can be painted and how much it will be. I am sure, if I paid $4K to Caliber Collision, the car would have been as new, but I don't think it would have worth it. For $350, it looks almost like new and I am very happy with it. I hope, I won't hit my car anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitley go bakc.
