The customer service is terrible...the employees know nothing about the products and instead of saying they don't know, they lie and when you try to exchange the item for the actual item you want the owner doesn't stand by what she sells. Great location and the spray is great, but they need to review there rules! I was in the shop about a week ago and I had purchased a torch there for my beach fires. The torch I bought from them stopped working after only using a couple of times. So I brought it in hopes of getting information as to what was wrong. First of all the lady said I did not buy it there! I assured her I did and pointed out a similar one they had there. She refused to believe me, so I buy a new one this time it was $40.! I took it home and noticed a screw was loose on my old one and tightened it and it worked! So the next day I took the new one back having my receipt and everything I never used it. They refused to take it back! I couldn't believe it! I got it last night! Nope no way Jose' ! Wow that stung! There was a lady before me using her husbands credit card and they refused her service because it didn't have her first name on it! Wow, we both walked out shaking our heads! House of smoke has decent prices but the owners have a rule of no return no exchange. When you are buying something expensive you would think they it would work but when I got home I noticed my vape wasn't working.There was nothing I could do about it. I also bought puff bar and it worked for about 5 minutes and it went dead after a few puff. They will not exchange it. Puff bars are known to be faulty any other store will exchange but House of smoke will not. Not even with recipet. read more

Worse place EVER! I just purchased 2 batteries and walking out to the car I realized neither of them had chargers! I immediately walked back in and the girl tried to charge me $4.99 for a charger. I then tried to return one of the batteries as this is terrible business! After working as a manager for a smoke shop for 2 years, I would have never sold a product you couldn't charge! Ridiculous! This place was very friendly and helpful AT FIRST. I bought and electronic cigarette there that took a battery that also had to be bought. The girl told me it would last a week so I had no problem when spending that kind of money. It was 12.99 for 1 battery. I took the unit home with the battery and it worked really well except for I noticed there was a red light. I didn't think much about it because it was new to me. I found out the very next day it meant the battery was dead. I went in the store the next day and the same girl that sold it was there . She was shocked it had already died and said she was going to call the owner to see what they could do.
