Apparently closing at 8:20 instead of 9 like their hours say online is the cool thing to do.

Cheaper beer, roll your own tobacco products a cigar room etc... They are open early and always friendly.

I live in Washington and I like to come out here I can do drive-through for cigarettes. It is the only place you can drive through for cigarettes. It is a huge benefit to people who want to buy cigarettes and don't wanna get out of the car for whatever reason you have an injury, you have kids in the car you don't want to take Kids out the car seats, feeling lazy. It is cheaper not a lot but it is cheaper but the convenience is priceless. The guys at work are down to earth. They're not fancy or professional just regular people. Today I made a joke and they laughed. When you're thinking about customer service you're thinking about your product. I'm looking to buy insurance I'm probably not going to utilize them. But they don't sell insurance, they sell cigarettes, so I like them to be down to earth. Excellent job to this establishment!!!! read more

After buying a 20.00 item that then died after 5 hours of first opening the product I reported the problem to manager and she said nothing could be done. When someone pays 20.00 for something that lasts up to a week and it dies within hours and you don't make good on your items you sell that's just bad business. I am sure many people buy the puff bars and the puff plus so just beware! read more

Let me start by saying I've been going here for years. Yes I've had to wait in the drive thru and inside. There's a reason for this. It's busy!! There's a reason it's busy!! It's a popular place!!! Because people like it!!! To complain that you were asked for your ID in the wrong way is ignorant and arrogant. These people are trying to do there job and get people in and out as fast as possible. They ask for ID to protect you and themselves and I welcome it. As far as the staff goes. I've been going to fat Jacks for several years now. True sometimes there is a wait for the drive through but if I'm in a hurry I walk in either way Service has always been good. Bigley runs the stuff upstairs and he knows as much as anybody. They see about a bajillion customers a day so be careful in the parking lot.

Well after over 3 years of being a regular customer at this business, they have now lost my patronage because of horrible customer service. I've noticed lately that every time I use my credit card to make a purchase, I'm asked to also provide my ID. Now this being a tobacco retailer, I haven't put much thought into why I was asked to provide identification. Today though, I decided to ask about their policy. The girl with glasses and short brown hair looked at me and said, "YOU could have found this card on the street and it might not belong to YOU." I suggest next time making the statement a little more general as in "SOMEONE may have...". I don't appreciate being treated like a possible criminal just because of the payment option I choose. Finally, at the end of my transaction the girl shoved my card and items at me and promptly turned around and walked away without saying anything. I'm just not quite sure why a simple question, asked politely, would warrant such a negative response. Luckily for me and all those I refer elsewhere, there are plenty of competing businesses around. read more
