OUTDATED BEDS, RIPOFF AND BULLIED BY THIS SALON…read more The beds are over 20 years old these are the beds we used in our 20s and I am now 51 so that tells you how old they are I was bullied into leaving the salon without a refund after I ended the session within two minutes of getting in the bed it was scary I was told I would see a refund in 7-14 days and then asked for proof it was done and told I would have to wait a hour for the mother that's when the bullying started my a young male adult. Daughter screaming at me while owner/mother on the phone. I was told to get the hell out with out any resolution or return of at least my money minus - that one session. I felt scared and bullied. I'm still in shock and feel like a idiot for getting ripped off so bad and then bullied out of the store. I left in tears. This place is outdated and I promise all the reviews are fake ask to see the beds before paying so you don't end up in my situation ripped off scared and humiliated. Buyer Beware and be careful

Unfortunately many of the beds need bulbs replaced or require maintenance and have been that way for months. I pay for a level 4 package and I love the stand up but there are 16 bulbs that have been out and the lay down, only one side of the facial works. If you wanted to do an upgrade to a level 5 bed... good luck, it's been under repair for almost a year. It never used to be like this and I've been a customer for almost 5 years now...

What…read moreI don't like is that the beds are never cleaned after each use, there is never any towels/cleaning spray/glasses in the rooms, you have to ask for them yourself and you are expected to wipe the beds BEFORE you even use them, or else you'd be lying on someone else's sweat. Not very professional, but cheap and private (since hardly anyone goes there).
