I felt Dr. Perich listened to my concerns I wanted addressed and was attentive to it, which I appreciate. I got exactly what I wanted the first time, which was also my first time getting Botox treatment for a medical condition. The second time I asked for the same thing and felt she did something different. She had already injected about 1/3 the units and then clarified what exactly I was getting it for based on our conversation talking about about two different reasons, despite me mentioning the reason at the beginning. I felt she started off injecting different areas than the first time and I left with a bruise. It has been well over a month and I do not see the result I wanted. I feel as though I wasted money. There is a first time discount and and a rewards club too, because Botox is not cheap. I did not get an itemized bill, which would have been helpful as I had questions which have since been answered by business. No receipt was offered, but it was given when I asked for it. Both times wait was very long despite not having many clients in the office. I would say first time was close to 40 min wait in the room, second time maybe 25. Place is definitely friendly and social. Office is beautiful, clean, and in a great location on Seven Springs Road. They stay in contact and are motivated to grow the business. There is an attached eye clinic also. Overall, I am apprehensive about returning based on my experience, as it was quite a chore finding the service I needed before locating this office.

Oh, other than to tell me what I need to do would cost over $7,000. Well played folks. Can't anything be trusted today? After all the amazing reviews (literally not a single bad review) I figured this would be a great place to get a nice relaxing pedicure while my friend got her nails done for her birthday. Our appointment was for 4:15pm. They started her nails around that time and told me to wait and when she had 30 minutes left for her nails they would start my feet. Well around 5:30 I started my pedicure. I finished around 6:15-6:30ish. Was it worth $30 PLUS $10 for gel polish? Absolutely not. I've had a better pedicure for $20. He had to redo my toes multiple times and they still turned out terrible. There is paint missing, paint on my skin, and just awful. The pedicure itself sucked. The water was great temperature at first and then was very cold. It just was not enjoyable at all. We did not leave until around 7:30 or after because they had to redo my friends nails because they were so clumpy. By the time we left her nails looked worse than they did before. She was also missing paint, the paint job was AWFUL just like my feet and they were not even what she wanted. After being there almost 4 hours for a small set and a pedicure we were tired and hungry and left. We left upset and unsatisfied. We both paid $50 so they got $100 out of us for some very crappy work. The prices are definitely OVERPRICED for the terrible work they perform. I would never get a pedicure here again and I would never let them touch my nails seeing the work they did on my friend.

I got my hair done by Luis Santana Millan - he evened out my lopsided locks and gave me a very practical cut that needs little maintenance as I explained that I don't even like to brush my hair. Of course, he didn't let me walk out of there with bedhead - instead, he spent a looong time battling the 100 degree heat and accompanying humidity and gave me these gorgeous hot iron curls that I felt made me look like a doll! My mom had her hair cut by Debbie Santana Millan. Although Debbie herself has a truly WILD style, she really "got" my mom's own style. My mom got a chunky cut with perfectly straight across bangs, and it looked amazing, also! I usually get my hair cut at my "home" salon in Philly (shout out to American Mortals!), where I absolutely love my regular hairstylist (Shari), and I judge all "foreign" salons against this ultimate, urban standard. I admit I was a bit nervous about a random cut in the Golf Plaza strip mall across from the WalMart, but a week later I still love my haircut and would definitely go back next time I'm in town. Not only did we walk in without appointments, but we got taken care of right away! And the price really can't be beat, either - between $15-25!!!!!!
