Josh responded quickly to both my call and text, and I was able to drop off my item the same day I reached out. The only small hiccup was during drop-off--I don't think Josh saw my message right away, so I had to wait a little longer for C. to receive my item. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Josh contacted me a few hours after drop off with a proof of the design in case I wanted any edits. I suggested a sizing edit and orientation edit and he was able to execute the changes perfectly.
