I come here twice a year to have golf trophies updates. Typically, a simple process. This time drop off was fine. I was out their way so stopped in to pick it up. My sister and I were stock . Then a lady form the back came out and the old man was so mean to her in front of us and then left and didn't care and walk to the back of the store . I went to have a plaque made for our family cradle with our newest great grandsons name and date of birth. I have gotten all 8 plaques made here starting in 2006.
