I have a rental home which I need to have cleaned between renters. I call on CCGC and they work me into their schedule making the house sparkle like crystal. The environmental effect of cleaning products is important to us especially living in Florida. We showed him his confirmation text he had sent the night before with the the correct time and he said "oh.. well we're here now, let's just do it" When we declined, he proceeded to tell us he had plenty of other work and that if we didn't want to go ahead then it was our loss. And he was glad he "didn't have to deal with people like us." Nice! A simple apology would have solved the whole issue, but his arrogance cost him our business. Which, he apparently didn't want or need. We were hopeful this company would be a good fit based on their Yelp mission statement, which in part reads " Efficient, honest, and family oriented... we wanted to improve the human quality... based on respect and trust ".
