SOOO happy Cristian responded to our review in the manner that he did -- perfectly shows who he and his company is, what they stand for, and what awaits you as a homeowner. 1) Admits that one of HIS EMPLOYEES DID make those promises to us. This is the only reason we decided to move forward with the job -- "nothing will scratch this product". Particularly our dogs and entry foot traffic. If we would've been told that there was ANY risk of scratches, we would've never moved forward and co toned looking for other treatments. We were deceived. 2) "Employee is no longer with us" Just because you fired someone one later, doesn't mean that the promises (lies), and work (mess) they did while representing your company magically go away. It was your employee, working under your name, take accountability, that's business. 3) "Sorry we couldn't keep your dog from scratching your floor" Again, dodging accountability and flipping the blame back to the homeowner. Outrageous statement to make after having admitted that his employee did make promises of "nothing will scratch this product", and us having specifically asked about - dogs, shoes, rocks, and dragging furniture. But what he will tell you now is, "you should've known". As if the homeowner is expected to be the expert. Extremely childish. 4) Despite whatever he may say now, IN WRITING, he agreed to pay back 50% of the job ($2500) over 10 months. And after 5 months, only $200 has been paid. He will dodge every call, every text, and when you do finally reach him, he will LIE and say "oh yes, I'll send it right now" , and then have you start the monthly chase cycle again. He made this agreement himself. Not a former employee. So what's the excuse now? Yet another example of Cristian and his company failing in their promises and commitments.

From planning, to materials selection, to excavating, building and leveling the paver foundation, each step was carried out with professionalism and attention to detail. The paver placement was "icing on the cake", artistically rendered, with a stabilizing polymer and future sealant to secure and protect thedurable surface. Javier is very easy to work with, and makes a point of keeping the homeowner informed on each step of the work to be done. His work crew was dedicated, efficient and entirely dependable. They respected my property. And I had fun keeping up with their progress. I am posting "in progress" pictures for now. NOTE: Most importantly, these pavers sit on a foundation that was meticulously excavated, filled and graded with several layers of stabilizing materials. He even referred us to another company to do the irrigation system and drainage work that we needed; so he sticks with what he's good at and knows when to bring another guy in.
