I had a wonderful experience with Santos, of Progress Painting. We were dealing with HOA violations for my elderly mother's condo, and wanted someone to do power washing, minor repairs and some painting. Santos was the first person to respond to my request for a quote. He was available to come to work quickly; he and his worker performed the needed tasks very well. When we needed to replace some trim that had rotted at the bottom of the sliding glass door, he came up with a less expensive, very effective fix. Santos speaks English well, and Spanish, of course. His bilingual skills came in handy when we had to deal with a non-English speaking HOA contractor who was doing yard work around the perimeter of my mom's condo. We asked for several bids from several painters and Santos was one of the first to respond and one of the first to give a bid. His bid was very fair but, most importantly, he did exactly what he said he would do. He and his crew were always on time and did a really really good job painting my dock over the water. The house was last painted 14 years ago and was long overdue for a fresh paint job. Santos and his team showed up on time and worked diligently over three days to complete the job on time. Most surprisingly, Santos never asked me for any deposit or money up front. He was fine to be paid once I was a satisfied customer. I wanted to have my interior home painted. I requested through Yelp go for quotes. Santos was the first to respond. he came exactly at the scheduled time. I have about 2300 square feet. and wanted every room except one painted. he wrote some motes and said in one hour he works send me the quote. he was 1/ 3 of what others wanted and I really trusted that he would do an amazing job. I got to pic k all my colors. and I did at least 8 different colors. he told me he only used Sherwin William paint. they have an app to help narrow down the choices and then I went and picked up the samples to be sure. I called and said I had my color s and he put me in the schedule for 2 days later. His highly professional crew worked 2 days. and they are perfectionist. just take a look at some of these before and afters. highly recommend for cost, professionalism, promptness and trustworthiness. so happy! read more
