TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY. Wife of the previous 1-star review describing the concrete seal / anti-scratch nightmare. SOOO happy Cristian responded to our review in the manner that he did -- perfectly shows who he and his company is, what they stand for, and what awaits you as a homeowner. 1) Admits that one of HIS EMPLOYEES DID make those promises to us. This is the only reason we decided to move forward with the job -- "nothing will scratch this product". Particularly our dogs and entry foot traffic. If we would've been told that there was ANY risk of scratches, we would've never moved forward and co toned looking for other treatments. We were deceived. 2) "Employee is no longer with us" Just because you fired someone one later, doesn't mean that the promises (lies), and work (mess) they did while representing your company magically go away. It was your employee, working under your name, take accountability, that's business. 3) "Sorry we couldn't keep your dog from scratching your floor" Again, dodging accountability and flipping the blame back to the homeowner. Outrageous statement to make after having admitted that his employee did make promises of "nothing will scratch this product", and us having specifically asked about - dogs, shoes, rocks, and dragging furniture. But what he will tell you now is, "you should've known". As if the homeowner is expected to be the expert. Extremely childish. 4) Despite whatever he may say now, IN WRITING, he agreed to pay back 50% of the job ($2500) over 10 months. And after 5 months, only $200 has been paid. He will dodge every call, every text, and when you do finally reach him, he will LIE and say "oh yes, I'll send it right now" , and then have you start the monthly chase cycle again. He made this agreement himself. Not a former employee. So what's the excuse now? Yet another example of Cristian and his company failing in their promises and commitments. read more

Walking lawsuit - taking them to court. STAY AWAY. Cannot say enough bad things about Cristian and his "company" - save your self the money and inconvenience. Incompetent. Unprofessional. Liars. Overpriced. Low quality. Hired them do what was supposed to be a simple concrete seal / coat job at the entry of our home. Explained that goal was to give the entry a shiny polished look, and protect against scratches (it's the entry, high foot traffic + dog living area). SPECIFICALLY asked about scratch resistance to: Dog claws, shoes, rocks in shoes, dragging furniture, etc. Was told WORD FOR WORD: "Unless you purposefully grab a box cutting blade, put all your weight on it, and drag your hardest to try and scratch, this material will not scratch". Was quoted $5000 for a 150sqft area - RIDICULOUS as is, but was promised a premium service and product. We went with it. Forced us out of our home for a week to complete the job and let it cure properly. Additional $1000+ in costs and inconvenience for temporary rental. After a week, returned to our home. Within a few HOURS scratches began to be visible on our floor from all the things they promised would not cause them - regular foot and dog traffic. At this point, communication and scheduling began to be difficult (they had already been paid in full). Was told scratches were happening because they had used a different water based product vs. their normal product (incompetent). Eventually came out a second time to apply the "correct" product that will address the issue. Forced us out of our home again for 3 days. Additional $$$ in rentals + inconvenience. Came back into our home. Original scratches STILL REMAINED, and now new globs of random product build up - worse than before. Again, within HOURS, new scratches began to accumulate. Had Cristian come out again - wanted to experiment with new treatments he had never done, "just to try". Proposed to continue coming back for a year, forcing out of our home, incurring rental costs and inconvenience, so he could continue applying the same product that had not worked. I proposed, and eventually agreed, in writing, that he would refund us 50% of the job ($2500) over the course of 10 months = $250/month - so that his small business wouldn't take a big hit. It's been 5 months and I've been paid a whopping $200. Chasing him down for payment is a nightmare. He ignores texts, calls, and when you do get him to answer, he will lie and say "Yes I'll send it right now" - never does, and then the cycle starts again if you chasing him down for another month (liar, unprofessional). To add insult to injury, he is now dodging accountability and taking the stance that - "I wasn't the one to scratch your floors, your dogs were, that's not my fault, and you should've known that those products would scratch" -- even though the core goal and promise sold by them was anti-scratch under any circumstance. read more

At the beginning everything was great. The guys were very attentive, polite and detail oriented. The job was going smoothly. Once the job was near completion we paid in full. There was still finishing work that needed to be done. For several weeks I would reach out asking when the work would be completed and was given the answer of "let me look at the calendar and get back to you." Eventually I stopped communicating with Jasper and went directly to Cristian and he told me that they had under charged us for the job. I told him I was sorry to hear that but we have a signed contract at that price and when will the work be completed. He said he'd get back to us. It's been months now and nothing. My advice is DO NOT PAY IN FULL UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETELY FINISHED. read more

Sales pitch was good, price was good, finished driveway and patio look great but Cristian left out some details such as texture options of the finished product, extent of cleanup afterward, and the amount of effort to expect when finalizing the financing. Texture ended up being brush finish on my patio, would have preferred smooth and corner edging would have been nice. Cleanup was promised to be meticulous and occur the day after pouring but was delayed and workers were sent out two different times ( one person each time ) and still the dirt that was piled up during set up was left piled and not filled in after forms were pulled in the driveway - once the cement was poured and leveled that crew was gone and didn't return for cleanup. Was quickly approved for financing; however, it's a week later and I've received 5 calls from the finance company with questions and on-line verification requests. Still haven't seen a written copy of my contract and today's message says it'll be mailed in the next 2 weeks. read more
