Not only is he very meticulous with his work, I have had enough time with him now to say he is definitively a kind person who cares deeply about his patients, not the bottom line. Hes very honest and up front about pricing and talks to you like a human. He is absolutely genuine in all aspects. What youll find with his practice is being treated like a beverly hills movie star on a budget that is extremely competitive for this area. He doesnt upsell or try to use the latest jargon to confuse you. We all know this is a rare gem in a doctor. We need to protect these kinds of specialists at all costs in all fields! His staff has always been beyond exceptional. From Jahira to Jasmine, and of course Silvia. Every girl and woman ive had interactions with thus far (which are quite a few now), have been so kind, so gentle. They make you feel like family. This goes for both the med spa and surgical center, both of which I have had a lot of encounters with. Ive waited to write this review until I had time and its 10, the babies are asleep and i just left the spa today with such a good feeling it reminded me I needed to review. He was very courteous, but his patient coordinator, Moni, has been dodgy with me from the get-go. She did not send me my estimated cost for the procedure until I called her a week after, told me shes "big on texting", and seemed to want to let me off the phone as soon as possible. I texted her a few days after with insurance information since she said they might be able to cover a portion and after I reintroduced who I was she blocked me. Not sure what I did or why I got this treatment, Dr. Gallas did not do anything I want to restate, but his patient coordinator really just seemed rude and did not want to have any business to do with me when I have just been kind, upfront, and respectful.

I had dental work done at my regular dentist and I assumed the bump or mass or whatever was in my cheek must have been a small piece of a tooth that could have happened when they were drilling. I went to three yes that's correct THREE different dentists & oral surgeons and they did every kind of X-Ray that exists in the Houston and surrounding area. I finally got a referral to see Dr. Freeman. He didn't know what it was either but he said he wanted to go in and see what it was going on. His staff is super efficient, friendly, and on top of things! The surgery was done in Methodist Katy. Dr. Freeman was running late so I spent a lot of time in the hospital room waiting but that is the best hospital I have ever been to and unfortunately I have been to a lot of hospitals. The nurses continued to check on me every 10-15 minutes to make sure I was comfortable. And I was so comfortable there that I didn't mind the wait. Actually I enjoyed it. So after the surgery he said things went great and the mass in my cheek was the size of his fist. It had actually broken into two pieces and he was able to get both pieces out.! he sent a sample for biopsy, luckily everything was fine. But I feel so blessed to have found his office in, especially him! My face drooped after this after he removed the mass but he assured me my skin would go back to normal and it has! It amazes me that nobody else thought to go in and just see what it was! We still don't even know what it was. I just know the Dr. Freeman was the perfect person to handle that situation. He can handle pretty much anything.! Dr. Freeman is excellent and a gem! I am seeing him again because I want a vampire face lift and his before, and after pictures are pretty great! His office staff is super quick to respond to messages and requests. I highly recommend him and hope y'all like him as much as I do!!

She fitted me to today's schedule, but an hour later. Then I had consultation which she was very professional and patiently explained all my options. At the end , I decided to have my service. The best part was meeting Mrs. Piipar Rivera. Not only, she was beautiful, she was so sweet and kind.
