You sir need a black box warning! the way you practice medicine is dangerous! You also told me to continue taking a sleep aid that I later looked up & it is clear that no one with epilepsy or a seizure disorder should ever take that medication. Yet you told me to continue it. Maybe one of your next continuing education classes should be specifically about Epilepsy, bc your knowledge is lacking. It seems I know more about my illness & my meds than you do! He also orders labs that come back out of range yet does not even go over them with you. I just noticed this since I created a patient portal & looked back at past labs. Even my seizure med levels are out of range showing very high! Why would he not share this information? Why am I paying for med levels when the results don't seem to matter? The only results he shares with me is that I have low iron & then instructs me to take iron. If anyone is looking for a neurologist DO NOT SEE THIS MAN! There is so much more to this story, but you do not rip an epilepsy patient off their meds and leave them to have seizures. Beware of this man! Actually RUN far away from this provider.

She will try to make you feel stupid by asking you if you even know what parts of basic anatomy is. One of the few times my child was seen by Dr Ryan we needed an MRI of the spine to scan for a possible tumor of the spine because "my child has Neurofibromas" and instead of imaging the entire spine she decided the only test she needed was imaging of the lumbar. When I argued she needed at least the entire bottom half she got mad left the room and didn't come back for another 35 mins only because I asked for the office manage because I was so furious on how we were treated. We went to the neurologist a week later and the Dr was like why did Dr Ryan only test one piece of the spine, she needs the whole thing done and reordered the full MRI. Needless to say if you are looking to take you child to a Dr who is rude and does not care to make sure your child gets the medical care they need this is the place you should go..

She spent a huge amount of time with us answering my daughters questions and being patient with her. She genuinely wanted to help her. We originally had an appointment with another Dr in the office but I'm actually glad our appointment was switched to Dr. Palvadi. My only disappointment is that we didn't find her sooner. We also walked over to the hospital to have bloodwork done and the ladies at the lab were awesome too! Overall a great experience.

I called the Pearland office and Sandra who GOD forbid take a message seemed bothered and told me to send a message through the portal. Again, new patient and I called the office and left a message for Jesus or Dr. Eberle to call me but it's 9PM and no returned phone call or message on the portal. I think she offers a practical approach, advising effective treatments without pushing extreme measures. Her nurse made a point of offering encouragement and did a good job of communicating with us. We had a SNAFU on the appointment time that was almost certainly my fault but the front desk staff was polite and sympathetic and got us in anyway. Actually, we saw the doctor faster than we do many places when we manage to show up on time. The location is easy to get to and the office is clean and pleasant. Dr. Vijayakumar is in the Methodist system which always a plus.
