Someone picked up quickly (like less than 5 seconds), and informed me of the price ($85) as well as estimated time (20-30 min). I asked for a technician to contact me to confirm timing, which he did so after 5 min (assume operator had to get a hold of him first, so understandable). Technician made it to the house without a problem (well, got lost with a minor 5 minute delay, but probably should have re-confirmed address). Took him less than 5 min to get the door open (tried picking it first, then was able to shim the door lock). Overall very professional, courteous, and friendly. However, when it was time to be charged, it ended up being $95 plus a $19 service charge - which wouldn't have been a problem if I was informed of it ahead of time. So 5 star review drops to 3 star for very untransparent pricing.

I recently lost my car key! I had one cut awhile back but never had it programmed…read more So my car had been in the driveway for weeks since my unprogrammed key couldn't start the car!! Finally I had enough and last night began checking my options. Honda dealer has to have the car, registration, id of present car owner present to make a new key-not an option since my car wont turn on! So a few local locksmiths checking pricing, availability, and knowledge. Sending out alot of requests for quotes. Finally I got a text from Embassy saying they could do it today (following day AND NEW YEARS EVE) for only $95! I followed up online checking them out- seemed legit so I asked about programming a second uncut spare. Quickly responding they said $95 to program the first and $55 for the second-$150 total! I happily agreed and sent address. They gave me a window of 11am-1pm. My tech ILAN called me shortly before 12pm, letting me know his gps showed about 40 mins ETA. Right on time he showed up, called me on arrival. Not only did he program BOTH keys, he also cut the second key! AND since the car had been sitting- the battery was dead so he also helped me jump it using my other vehicle so he could finish. ALL OF THIS IN THE RAIN AND COLD ON NEW YEARS EVE!! He was very polite and even let me pay from my Chase app using Zelle!!! Amazing company, knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service!! Will be recommending to everyone!! Ask for my tech, ILAN he is amazing!!

After 4 Attempts to schedule, I kept being rescheduled for another day and another day. I even attempted to requested early to be the first job on Monday and cannot ever get any service. Promises made to be scheduled but always receive: I cannot do it today. I always have to reach out to them first to schedule, no follow up on the customer. Problem from the Start. My Keyfob was Cut First, instead to Checking First if Key can be Programmed BEFORE Cutting the Key. Now I have a Key that is Cut and Not Usable and not returnable. So I was Charged $80 just to "CUT" a key. Now I have to start over *** Despite Ron sending multiple unprofessional texts with profanity, I will still change to 3 Stars. I still do not have a KeyFob that Works.
