The owner provided a quote without ever viewing the property, which should have been a red flag. Two cleaners were sent out, and after approximately 8 hours, they left having completed only about half of the home. The areas they claimed to have cleaned were not done thoroughly or professionally. Despite this, I was told I still needed to pay the remaining balance because the workers "showed up and worked," even though the job was incomplete and poorly done. What was most concerning was the lack of communication and accountability: The team became "overwhelmed," yet I was never informed while they were on-site, even though I was present the entire time The owner later admitted she received updates and photos from her supervisor but still did not notify me Instead of correcting the issue, I was offered the option to pay additional hourly fees ($50-$90/hour) for someone else to finish the job that should have been completed initially I expressed my dissatisfaction and even provided photo evidence of the incomplete and poorly cleaned areas. Despite this, I felt pressured to pay the remaining balance to avoid potential conflict after just closing on my home. This experience was unprofessional, poorly managed, and not worth the cost. A deep cleaning service should be thorough, organized, and communicative--this was none of those. I would strongly advise others to choose a company that conducts an in-person walkthrough, provides accurate estimates, and stands behind their work.

But something weird happened in October and now i have an ongoing dispute with Clean Casa and i cannot recommend them. First in October, my regular booking was canceled. No one contacted me to reschedule or gave me any reason for the cancellation. Well this is probably where i made a mistake cause i wanted me house clean and put the booking right back. On that day, no one came. My usual reminder email 2 days before didnt come either. I thought well, they wont charge me when they didnt come... the charge posted. So i thought, i'll call them. It was sunday and i went to find there website. Their website is one of the things i liked about them so i could manage my bookings easily. Well the website was down that weekend. I thought they went out of business or something.... I filed a dispute. $160 is not nothing and im not paying my bill if i didnt receive the service.... I followed up a few days later and the website was back. I called and left a detailed message on 10/17 about what i was dealing with. Jill texted me back about contacting me... but never called me back. Now its a few months later and we're still fighting over the dispute and the credit card investigates. I wouldnt be leaving this terrible review if you had just told me why you canceled my booking and rescheduled me. I wouldve been a regular customer... PS dont leave any important papers out. Our car registration disappeared after a cleaning... it was just out on the kitchen table. Im not staying they took it, but no one else was in the house. PSS they sometimes bring their kids with them when school is out and you cant tell them not to touch the cat or whatever...cause of the language barrier

I scheduled a cleaning for today, 9/12/25 and when no one showed up at the designated time, I called and was told that they do not service my area. I received a confirmation email on 9/9/25 with the correct appointment time and all my payment information. I did NOT ever receive an email or phone call letting me know that the do not service my area. They did refund my money, but it caused me some stress since this cleaning appointment was for my upcoming listing photography. Just be sure to reach out to them to confirm appointment, do not trust a confirmation email.
