Best taxi experience I've had. I recommend booking online. You will get an email confirmation followed by a phone call to check. They were so courteous and professional. The manager gave me his number and said to call him if a driver doesn't text me an hour before my time, just to safe. I felt very well taken care of. The morning of my appointment my driver texted me an hour early to say he'd be arriving on time. He got me three minutes early, perfect. The car was a beautifully cleaned new Lincoln. It was pristine inside and smelled nice. Soft soothing music played and I felt totally relaxed and happy. I was on my way to surgery so this was the perfect way to calm my nerves. Julia and I recently had one of the scariest days of our lives when I found her passed out on our floor, soon coming to realize she had been there for hours. 911 was called and we went together in the ambulance. After being released from the hospital, Julia had nothing on her feet but her bright yellow hospital socks and the weather was super cold. We struggled to find a taxi service that would even pick up the phone until we called Houston VIP. The operator that day was interested enough to hear our story and promised she'd have a car to us ASAP. As promised, a driver showed up in minutes even in rush hour traffic. He too was incredibly kind and listened to the nightmarish story we had been through recently. Amazingly, when we reached our home, he refused to take any money. This honestly brought Julia and I both to tears and we now consider him a guardian angel sent that day to remind us that not all people were out to do us harm. Julia and I will never use a company other than this one and I will spread the word to everyone I know that this is a company that still has it's moral compass. After completely botching our pickup for the airport, blaming us, and making excuses that made no sense, they at least offered us a coupon for a free ride. We followed up on this offer several times but they NEVER SENT IT. Sketchy sketchy awful business. He helped us with our bags and delivered us to Galveston very quickly and the price was right, less than any other quotes I got. This is a fraud company. It's a search engine spamming company that works as a middle man to book taxi from other companies. Never use it! I booked online and it even sent me the confirmation email. One day before departure I called to ask something, and the person on the phone was super rude. He told me he couldn't confirm a taxi for me, and I'm on my own. Ugh...awful company. They show up late for pick ups, their cars have tons of hail damage, the interior is riddled with garbage. If you are looking to impress, this is not the company to go with. They aren't even the cheapest. You would do better dealing with a more reputable company. I booked my taxi about a month in advance and ordered the SUV service. On the day of our arrival at IAH, Muhammed, our driver, was in contact with us hours prior to our pickup. The vehicle was all banged up. The inside smelled horrible and the upholstery was torn. The dashboard had parts missing. I called the number which is supposed to be 24 hour but I was on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered. This is second taxi service to let me down. I used this service for a very important appointment. I only had 1 hour and 15 minutes scheduled to be in Houston before I had to leave. I called at least 5 places before finding VIP taxi. All of them could care less about what I needed and told me what 3 hours would cost. I then called VIP and talked to Amy. She really cared about my requirements and my budget! My driver, Lo, texted me when he arrived at my pick up location. I informed him I was running 20 minutes late. He waited for me ( no charge!!!!) until I arrived. I was so stressed because I had to get to an appointment and back in less than 1 hour. He was the safest, most aggressive driver I have ever seen. I made my meeting and back with no trouble. If it wasn't for Lo, I would have been stuck!! No questions, just hire these people. You will be completely satisfied and refer them to everyone you know. read more

I will NEVER use this service again. We scheduled a taxi weeks in advance of needing a ride. The morning of our service, my husband was called 2 times, 1 minute apart. He called the number back and received no response. When no car arrived, it took 15 minutes to get someone on the phone and the employee was extremely rude saying that it was our fault for not answering and would take 30 minutes to get a driver there. I emailed the company to complain and received this word for word. "First of all sorry for all the inconveniences as a result of us cancelling your pick up. Second when you called I wasn't rude and it wasn't my intention to be rude and I apologize for that as well. We called your husband 3 times to confirm your pick up each time the phone rang and it went to voicemail. We couldn't leave a voicemail because your husband voicemail was full already. Because you live in Conroe, tx I didn't take the risk for my driver to drive all way up there and no one showed. At that point I decided to cancel the pick up.now when you called after I told you what had happened I offer you to send you a cab but it will take 30 min before one gets there now that's the best I could do.given the fact that you are in Conroe tx and we are in Houston tx. And you refused. Now I understand you were not happy about the situation and that probably we have messed up your plan and all that . For that also I apologize. Concerning the $100 for not being on time we weren't late because you trip was cancelled so this isn't a case for us being late we wouldve been on time if your husband had answered his phone . I was so impressed with his Taxi service. I don't normally write reviews but this one was worth while. The driver showed up early to the pick up and I love when people are on time. My pick up time was 4am so I know it was super early. I received a text from the driver about 330am saying he was on the way. He was very patient putting my luggage in the car. It was rather heavy but he did not throw it down or damage it at all. The car was very very nice. It was a brand new Lincoln MKZ which was truly unexpected for a taxi service. The driver drove at a good speed, he didn't rush me or make me feel like I was just another customer. I even booked a return and even tho it was a different driver still the service was top notch. I will truly be booking with this company from here on out. I truly appreciate the professionalism because many taxi companies just say get in or don't even show up on time. Been taking this limo for many months now from Katy to the airport and back (as a consultant, I travel every week); the owner is extremely friendly and savvy. Things I want from my drivers: punctuality, friendliness, cleanliness, and flexibility with my work schedule. All of the drivers here have that. When I want to sleep - they have comfortable rides for that. When I want to chat, the drivers have all been quite engaging. I travel at odd hours, and the company has always accommodated. Plus, somehow, a ride in a nice Suburban comes in at cheaper than a yellow cab that is obviously not nearly as nice. Solid service. read more
