KB's Brats is an average food truck. They were at Rahr & Sons brewery tonight in Fort Worth. I…read morebought the beer brat with sauerkraut and thank goodness for spicy mustard because it was very plain tasting. I also didn't like the taste of the sauerkraut. I've had better store bought. For $7, I've had such tastier food truck food. In addition to average food, their service was lacking. They cannot handle a very large crowd like at Rahr & Sons. The line was barely moving and I witnessed many people getting incorrect orders. Overall, unless you're craving a brat while at a food truck park, I'd go somewhere else. P.s. I gave 3 stars for the benefit of the doubt. They may be better with a smaller crowd.

This foodtruck was at my neighborhood festival this weekend. The prices are not posted on the…read moretruck! I got the frito pie dog and texas twister chips. My daughter got a corndog and a dr. Pepper. For 3 items and a drink it was $30!! Instantly I had a bad taste in my mouth from the total. Then I ate and the hotdog was boiled (not grilled) which made the whole taste gross. You'd think for a $9 hotdog it would be grilled. The chili on it was cheap can chili and only a couple fritos. The twister chips were just gross in general, no flavor and way too greasy. My daughter said her corndog was good but it also fell apart, the breading pulled off of the dog when she tried to pull the stick out. Just overall very unhappy we wasted so much money on some cheaply made and nasty food. Never again. I just looked at their photos posted and I guess they way way upcharged when coming to our neighborhood HOA festival because the frito pie dog is listed in the photos for $4.50 and $5....I was charged $9!! That makes me even more mad. Wow.

Went there for the first time on a Friday night around 7:00. The place was around 40% full…read more Atmosphere was cozy casual, great music that wasn't too loud, and clean. You order at the counter and then wait for your food to be brought to you. The girl who took our order was very pleasant and helpful. I got the Irish nacho but I substituted onion strings for the french fries and she happily made the substitution. The burger was pretty thick and nicely char grilled. I love a good char. It was very good. My only complaint was that I like mine a little less well done cuz it might have been a little overcharred and a tad dry for my liking, but I think that could be rectified by just ordering it medium next time. The bun is toasted which I love. It comes with ranch dressing which was definitely made in-house and delicious (and I'm a ranch snob). It had lots of melted cheddar cheese and onion strings on it. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband got the hatch green chili burger and he loved it tho he said his was a little overdone as well. The kids both got the classic burger which comes with two smash patties instead of the one thicker one and they said that theirs was good as well. I got the sweet potato waffle fries which were a little thinner than I'm used to but I actually preferred it that way cuz they weren't soggy and had a little crispiness to the edges. The drinks come in a plastic cup that you can take home with you which I love. So overall very good and pleasantly surprised first visit. Only complaints were that, again, the burgers were a little overcooked and I'll order medium next time and it was a little pricey... $70 for the four of us getting combos.

They have solid burgers, salads and other choices. Always good quality food. We usually get to go but when I order at the bar and wait they are always friendly.
