I called today to check on the price of a device I am looking to buy. I was told the manager won't allow them to disclose prices over the phone. Well, I'm not going to waste my gas and drive 20 minutes just to find out your manager is charging 3x what the lowest website charges with shipping included. I can wait for a package.. I'd rather give my business to people who aren't trying to price gouge and be weird about giving out pricing. it's no wonder this spot is the worst rated vape shop around. ya'll lost my business for good. read more

Service is amazing the guys are super knowledgeable about juices but all of their vapes I assume are fakes. That's why a geek bar is 18$ not 25. Just checked all I've gotten from them and yup all fakes. I didn't realize until I checked the vape subreddit and actually checked. Go to Stella's vapor lounge across from stater bros. They are a bit more expensive (normal price) but have the real stuff. Ill use the fakes if the bans really are happening as an emergency but know their Flum and Geek Bars are fakes. read more

To me price it is pretty standard in all smoke shops, but they always have specials, and a box full of 4 for 19.99 not bad 4 flavors of your choice or 4 the same. This place sells flum vapes for significantly less than anywhere else.... And I figured out why. I recently bought 5 flum vapes of the same flavor that I have been using exclusively for about a year now. Never ever once had a problem with my purchases from anywhere else. Now, of the 5 that I bought at HOV, all but one of them stopped working and gave me the blinking light anywhere from just an hour of use and the longest only working for about 1 day of light use. When I compared the ones from HOV against other vapes of the same flavor, everything does look basically identical, but the ones from HOV did have a much darker shade of brown. Between this discoloration, the price being so much lower than anywhere else, and the fact they gave out within a matter of just hours, it's very *possible* (I can't directly prove it) that HOV SMOKE SHOP IS SELLING COUNTERFEIT FLUM VAPES. When I called them, I did not accuse them of selling counterfeits, but simply told them they stopped working in a matter of hours. I was told "sorry, but we have a sign that says to check your vape to make sure it works after a purchase" Hahaha what a joke! First off, I didn't see any sign that said so. Plus, even if I did and I checked them before leaving, I would have left thinking they were good because all 5 of them did work when fresh out the package. So I still would have been screwed, since I only would have realized they didn't work after getting back home. Stay away from this place if you're buying Flum vapes. The cheaper price isn't worth it. Go spend a few extra dollars anywhere else and have the peace of mind knowing you're buying a legit, reliable product. read more

Love this place! I've been a loyal customer at other local vape shops and just happened to find this place while I was driving. I've passed it hundreds but it doesn't look like a vape shop from outside so it's easy to miss. The guy working behind the counter is very friendly and always helpful.
