They do not return calls, they are weeks out, then they charge you to come look, then again when they return. He is slow at working, milking the clock, he does not carry any spare parts. I quickly called bruce ( i wasn't gonna call the man who sold me bad machines even though he had given us a 30 day warranty) I never give out 5 stars but I think Bruce deserves them. He took 5 minutes in figuring out what the problem was. He explained it to me and gave me instructions on how to fix it if it happened again although it has not happened in 5 years. I really appreciate his profesionalism but mostly his honesty. I feel the other guy was one of those "i come to fix it but i will break something else so you keep calling me back kind of situation" Soooooo glad i found Bruce. Awesome job!!!

I'm a firm and staunch supporter of Speed Queen based upon consumer test and reviews. Fortunately, Southwest Appliance carries Speed Queen laundry appliances. Holly graciously guided me between the different options and performance of the different Speed Queen laundry sets and I made what I believe to be is a very wise choice based upon her skilled recommendations. The purchase point was reasonable for the high quality and value that I was receiving on my investment. The kicker? The delivery and installation went off without a hitch. The installation technicians gave me the proper instruction on how to operate and maintain my brand new appliances. I never rate anything let alone give one star and a review, but I felt the need to warn against…read moreusing the "Appliance Doctor". I had a problem with a three year old Kenmore washing machine. It started making a loud almost grinding sound and the balance was off. The Appliance Doctor came to my house and only turned it on and listened to it for five minutes at most and then said that the machine needed a new baring and springs and that it would cost around $400 to repair and then recommended that I buy a new machine. I took his advice and bought a new machine and had to pick it up in Mesquite. When I got home and moved the old washer I found that there was a drain pipe stuck up in the bottom of the machine. Had the appliance doctor actually looked at my washer instead of only spending a few minutes listening to it and then collecting his $55 "service call fee" he would have been able to diagnose the problem and save me a Saturday driving to Mesquite, buying a new machine, and now another day returning the new machine that is not even needed. I do not recommend this appliance doctor and would recommend you not waste your time having him diagnose and/or fix your appliance.

The GE's drain hose was freezing up and not draining properly - instead of removing the back of the refrigerator to inspect the entire hose Mr. Gale simply disassembled the entire freezer and poured water down the line and blew air through the line. Upon completion of his services "Mr. Gale" determined the problem was resolved and presented us with a bill for $260.32 (we were shocked) our check cleared the same day. Less than 2 months later the same problem transpired - A message was left for Mr. Gale with absolutely NO acknowledgement. For $260.32 you would think Mr. Gale would stand by his work - he doesn't. Think twice before his company for services, and if you do, make certain to ask what his rates and warranties are - his prices are outrageous and he has proven he has absolutely NO integrity when it comes to his customers. Mr. Gale has personally demonstrated extremely poor business ethics and does not warranty any of his work.
