I've had great experiences with Davis Heating and Air. Chase has been my technician 3 times in the past 3 months and has been awesome. I appreciate the quick response and the honest quote for the work performed at my home. If you need work done immediately, they have a 24 hour call service. If you can wait then call after 830am. All work done is quality and the price is fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend this establishment and would ask for Chase if he's available. Competent A/C and heating installers, but predatory payment practices. No ability to pay online and you have to give your card over the phone. If you don't answer or are in the middle of working because they call you in the middle of the day, they will wait months to call you back so you can incur $140 in fees on a $60 service. Why make it so inconvenient on the customer? Building a website to accept payments is incredibly basic. read more

Cole came out to repair our heater today (replaced Thermocouple) and he was very pleasant, cleaned up after himself and was fast and efficient. He also gave us some good advice for maintaining our heater. We did have to freeze over the weekend because their weekend rates are extremely high, so be warned! Their normal weekday rates, while still a bit excessive, are workable. We have used them many times in the past as our thermocouple seems to go out every 4 years. Which according to Cole's remarks, this seems to be the norm. So, 4 years from now, we will definitely call them again. read more

Very fair and honest - didn't even charge for the small problem we had putting the cover back on the furnace (sounds easier than it was for a lay-person). I woke up at 3:34 am with COLD air blowing thru my vents! It was 62 degrees inside and just 9 degrees outside. The skilled technician, Chase, helped me over the phone to shut off the blowing air when the system was unresponsive to manual commands. My heating went out early Saturday morning and I thought "Man, I won't get anybody out here on a weekend". I called Davis Heating & Air and within an hour the owner of the company was here and had me going again in no time. I told him I knew it was an old furnace and if needed we could replace it and he said it was actually in good shape for it's age and only needed an ignitor.
