It was easy to log onto their website and book a barber from their list (each barber has their own booking site so I did need to do a bit of research) The shop is located inside a little mini-mall and is super clean and comfortable. It was super easy to book, get my cut, and roll out with a quality haircut. My barber Greg didn't need much direction to give me the exact cut I wanted. We had great conversation around movies and shows and it was a really solid experience overall! If I lived nearby I would definitely make this my go-to spot!

Weird that they require you to download their app to do so, but I did. They had an appointment available and I took it. Got there and several barbers working. Nowhere on the app did it assign you to a barber and they had no greeter or reception desk to check in. After watching several people walk in sit down immediately in a chair and get a cut, I realized that they don't even monitor this app that they require you to download. Pointed out we had an appointment and was told they forgot about us. And they had another client. Since it was a little kid waiting, I wasn't going to put up a fuss. I remember how hard those days were. But forgetting a client isn't acceptable. We're busy and they wasted our time. And once again, I noticed they don't seem to sweep up between clients.
