I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about Howard's Pool Service. We recently began using their cleaning services, and we've been very pleased with the results. However, I'd like to specifically commend Tony for his outstanding assistance. During the pool school, Tony discovered that a Heater/Chiller, which was supposed to be installed during the pool's construction, was not the right heater/chiller. what was installed was a heater only. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue with Tropical Pool, I received no response. Tony went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer directly and arranging for the correct equipment to be installed. His dedication and proactive approach were truly impressive and greatly appreciated. Thank you for having such a committed team member. This company should not be open, due to the unprofessional and disrespectful office staff that answers the phones.The company is ran very poorly and pool techs lack knowledge of pool maintainance..They charge you every 4 weeks , claiming that they dont charge by the month which infact means that they get an extra 2 paychecks instead of charging you for 12 months like all bill collectors do.Not even more important bill collectors such as Mortgages, Car and House insurance charge you every four weeks..ITS MONTHLY.. Always get great service. Kimmie does a great job maintaining our pool. The water is always clear and ready to jump right in.

I have been having my pool cleaned by Howard's for three months. The first month, service was great. The pool was cleaned thoroughly and the chemicals were right. (I check them myself each week.) The second month, things started to go downhill. Heidi took over the pool, and a full-service cleaning ($30 per week) was "completed" in fewer than 15 minutes. One week, she didn't even come. Now, after second month of problems (a skipped week, chlorine off the charts), I contacted Howard's. The owner was extremely rude to me. She told me it wasn't her problem that Heidi was sick and that she was sure that everything was being done correctly, anyway, as it was in the "notes" that it was right. (Clearly, a technician claiming that the work was performed trumps a paying customer at Howard's.) She also informed me that I did have to pay for the missed week in the second month. At this point, I told her that I needed to discontinue my service. Her reaction was "that's fine." Obviously, Howard's isn't all that concerned with losing business or with satisfying customers. read more
