He didn't know he wasn't supposed to put liquid chlorine in a vinyl pool. He didn't even know how to prime my pool pump! He had to call his buddy in front of me. My husband was a witness to this. He didn't show when he was supposed to. I fired him and he kept the money. Then he starts threatening me and my family for leaving the review! He is vindictive because he got a bad review! His professionalism shows in his bogus response! He doesn't know what the word "fraud" means either! First of all, my insurance company is the one who asked for a letter of the condition of the pool before and after Ian! So how is this fraud? Your girl, who was the very last person that was the last person at my pool said she would take care of it. If I thought there was a hole in the liner, I would have had a leak detector come, not your word . When I hired an attorney they sent a professional company to inspect and repair! Daniel and Kaitlyn have been awesome after hurricane Ian we could not get our pool clear so we hired them and never regretted it. Anytime we had an issue they were on it to help us out as we had put the house on te market and was working out of state. Called up Daniel after a holiday weekend. We had a large pool party and a few days later our pool was horrible. Went back and forth to the pool store trying to follow their directions and for over a week nothing changed. That was the point we threw in the towel and asked Facebook for recommendations.
