Very much worth the $5 entrance fee, I enjoyed the 90 minutes I spent here and would give it a firm recommendation. A number of hunting trophies from smaller to large sized, which definitely is not my thing. I was able to look past those and see the more human-made artifacts. Military uniforms and other clothing for enlisted and officers through several different conflicts. A huge collection of firearms, including some classic pistols and some amazingly well maintained rifles. A collection of law enforcement items including badges, guns and handcuffs.

My family and I stayed at Tru by Hilton in Cheyenne the other night and it was overall a very good…read moreexperience (this was our second Tru stay, and it lived up to our expectations for sure). It was easy to find, had plenty of parking and we were able co check in quickly. All of the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby as well as our room we're clean, bright, and comfortable. We really enjoyed how they make the lobby kind of a hangout area- they had a pool table and games as well as complimentary coffee and tea and hot chocolate. After we took our stuff up to our room we brought our toddler back downstairs and we're able to easily entertain him until bedtime with cocoa and a giant Jinga set. I also love how they have refillable soap, lotion, and shampoo instead of tiny disposable ones. They also smell great! Breakfast left a little to be desired, but it was included and we've definitely paid extra for worse at other hotels we've been to. My son is still talking about the pancake maker that you wave your hand in front of to start and are then able to watch your pancakes cook on the conveyer belt. We felt like it was a great value and had everything we needed to be comfortable and we'll definitely stay at Tru by Hilton in the future.
